Dress arrived about a week after purchase..is completely as seen in picture and fits true to size so happy x

Lovely dress, pretty thin though! But nice.. plenty of room in it.. I ordered my usual Medium, very roomy but that’s the style..

I was a little wary of an unfamiliar brand advertising on Instagram, but the clothes were really lovely at a great price. Too good to be true, I thought, even as I placed the order. So I was delighted when the item turned up in good time (for international shipping) and was exactly as shown in the picture. Nice fabric, well-made and altogether very good indeed. Will be shopping again.

Was wowed by their super cute dresses and bought 2 with the assurance (spelt out clearly on their website) that it would be easy enough to return and refund. ALAS, the experience has been nothing but exasperating.

Upon receiving the items which cost me USD93.97 to purchase and have delivered, I realised the quality wasn't as promised and requested nicely to have them returned for a full refund.

Customer service replied offering a "refund" of $16 and that I could keep the order. Now how does that constitute a refund, I do not understand. But I responded politely saying I would like a full return and refund, as promised on their website. The next email that came back upped the "refund" offer to $24. I told them it was unacceptable and to please activate a full return and refund process.

I've not heard back from them since.

I normally don't write reviews, especially negative ones, but I think the word needs to get out there. This is a clear case of quality and promise scamming, which I've unfortunately fallen prey to. Would think twice before I shop such sites again. Looking back, I really should have done more thorough research instead of just looking at the customer reviews (even not so positive) on their website. The company looked like it was based in UK/US, so I felt a little more assured, but in truth, it was shipped from China. So dumb of me. I should have seen the signs.

I purchased three tops for a cruise. I haven't worn them, yet, but I have washed them and am pleased with their color and structure.

I have ordered multiple items multiple times and have always received my clothes without problems. The clothes have never let me down. They provide customer images on some items, so if in doubt, read the reviews and see the photos. I recently ordered seven shirts and after a week I received an email informing me that my order was on its way and I was awarded points, which is equal to store credit. Congratulations on the good service!

Ordered online. Took ages to arrive and fit and quality very poor. No returns information. Says to email. I did just this. Of a $90 order they have offered me $15 in compensation. I have written back wondering why I would pay that amount for something I cannot wear. If I cant return then they will be getting a charge back since they did not provide the goods!

Disappointing purchase. Material doesn’t have any give to it. Bust line is asymmetrical? Intentional? Or erroneously? It goes under one of my breasts and bunches oddly as it goes through the middle of my other breast.
Material is hot and doesn’t breathe well. Just in the five min I had it in- although that could have been from my frustration due to the odd cut of the dress. I even sized up for a flowy fit and it’s unwearable.

Item delivered and of good quality but took 5 weeks to arrive, no updates provided. I was about to ask for a refund when it arrived. This puts me off ordering from penaloe again.

Took 2.5 weeks for clothes to arrive - poor fit across bust and thin cheap material. Now unable to contact to request refund. Check refund policy as only refund for faulty goods. Left review on their website and isn’t showing so they obviously have FAKE reviews on there. Left comments on a FB advertisement and they’ve been deleted and comments now turned off. Unable to message them via messenger on FB. Steer clear as it all seems like a SCAM!!!

I was not sure how this order would work out, but everything arrived and fit! The quality was excellent for the cost. I will definitely order again.

I saw this dress on Facebook and thought it would either not look anything like the picture, or never arrive. Actually I wore the dress last night and it is really nice. Feels like silk, well made, very flattering.

My parcel took a long time to arrive & when it did I was not happy with the fit of the two dresses I ordered. On the website there is no info on returns & it just says to email customer services. I did this and a few days later received an email apologising that I wasn’t happy but offering me a $12 compensation & suggesting I keep the clothes!! I’ve replied saying I would like a full refund of the purchase price of over £70 and have yet to receive a response!

Read reviews before purchasing. They are obviously fake. Not one bad review! The material used is cheap and thin. The proportions make the dress unwearable and then they refuse to let you return ( which proves they are cheap tat and easier to just write off) and instead offer a refund of not even a quarter of what I paid. Scam company. Avoid
