It arrived very well packed. I followed it since you sent me the number yo track. It took some days but I knew it wss coming from far away. I love my two dresses. Mamy compliments about the one I wore yesterday I felt so good. Thank you.

The order took a while to be sent but once it arrived I was so pleased I was patient. Really love the items and would recommend being patient.

I found this company through advertising on Instagram. Their website clearly states that items are made in the US and they have warehouse in the US, UK, Canada and Australia. However, when the items arrived there was no tag to provide information on where it was made, material, or washing instructions. The material is extremely cheap feeling.

Furthermore, in red on their site it states “free returns” which is one of the main reasons I gave the company a try. One of the items I received I wanted to send back. When I went to their site it states to contact customer service — I have reached out 3 times with no response. I also noticed it states that they’ll only accept returns if an item is damaged. Their “free returns” labeling on item descriptions is completely misleading.

In summary, avoid this company.

—Update: after contacting multiple times, it took almost a week for them to reply back about my return request. As others experienced, they offered $15 for me to keep the dress (I paid $40) which I’ve declined but not yet heard back. Additionally, they linked the dress in their email but it’s to a different site called Daccla. Avoid this site as well.

Worst experience I've ever had with a retailer. I ordered holiday sweaters on November 17, thinking that was ample time to receive them before Christmas. I contacted customer service at least 3 times during the course of time and received pretty rote/canned responses. Also, you cannot cancel without penalty after the item has "shipped"...well, what they don't tell you is that they go to shipped status right away even though they haven't packaged a thing yet!! Yep! If that isn't deceitful, I don't know what is. Anyway, I contacted them 1/13/2023 to tell them that they better cancel my order with no penalties. Ironically? The items were on their way to be delivered to my house. As such, I am on vacation and have yet to completely know if they have actually been delivered and what quality they are...At this point, I don't care. I'm so over this.

Do NOT ORDER from this company. They are overseas and will Not take Refunds/Exchanges! They claim it cost too much for postal services and they will Not send you a postage paid label even if their product is defected. I bought an item that cost over $60.00 and they only want to give me $22.00 Refund amount if I keep/give it he item to someone! What???? No I want my full refund!! But it’s not happening I would have to pay $30.00 to the usps to return!!! Buyer Beware of the poor Wualuty!!!

Received the 3 products I ordered. Took about 3-4 weeks to receive them, but overall am happy.

THE WORST QUALITY CLOTHES I HAVE EVER SEEN.
It was actually hilarious... like a plastic, low quality print version of the picture. The 'linen' style dress was a completely plastic dress with a similar print... SO BAD I THREW THEM IN THE BIN straight away because I felt sick that a company would produce something so terrible! I don't buy many clothes and I only buy quality which I believed these were for the price. Now they are just junk. I hate waste. I couldn't even wear them because they were so bad.

An unethical company. I do not know how they received any review above 1. I would give -100 if I could.

Terrible quality, jumper had holes and snags all over. When contacted customer services for a refund, was offered $3, the jumper was $49. They then offered $10, when I said I wanted a full refund they said I had to post the item back, via a tracked delivery, to a Dubai address, at my own cost. Lesson learned, please learn from my mistake and avoid!

I was very happy with Penaloe for the quality of the dresses I bought. All came out better than I had expected, which is rare for online shopping! For my third order I bought 11 dresses (!) and when it arrived, one was not one of the ones I had ordered. Penaloe quickly refunded me the money for the missing dress. I was very satisfied with their customer service and I would definitely buy from them again. Thanks Penaloe!

Only signed up for Trustpilot so I could write this review and warn people from buying here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Actually, I'd give -5 stars.

The quality is absurd. There is no way these products are made in USA. They are 100% made (and shipped) from China. I complained and they refused a refund. I threatened them some, and they offered to give me partial refund and keep the clothes. It was such a headache that I did that. But no way I will even wear these clothes. They are so thin, or warped in shape, and some feel like they are plastic - like wearing a rain coat for a dress! They said cotton blend - such a lie!

I don't even feel like I can sell or donate these. And I can't even cut them up and use as rags cause they seem to be synthetic material.

Do yourself a favour - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE - even if you think it looks cute. You will NOT get the same thing!
