Really happy overall with the style and quality of the products, one dress was too long but can get it altered. The delivery was longer that expected and this was due to my order being held at the Hermes depot for 5 days. Will definitely order again as great VFM

My height is 167cm and my weight is 72kg.
The design and quality makes the dress suitable for both daily use and as something to wear to a more festive occasion. Perfect!

Took a couple of weeks to arrive but both dresses ordered were very nice and as advertised.

Buyer beware! The sizes are not accurate and they are virtually non responsive to customer service emails (no number to call). The refund policy is a scam. They advertise returns within 30 days but they offered me $8 for the $55 item to keep the product. I am still trying to return for a full credit.

So disappointed, the dresses/shirt look nothing like the picture neither are the sizes correct. Have contacted them to ask to send back but they are fobbing me off with an offer of 30USD which I turned down. Asked twice more for refund info so I can send them back but haven’t heard from them. Have gone through PayPal to get it resolved. Just don’t want anyone else to be disappointed

Happy with the dress. Concerned when I received a customs email about delivery as it made no sense. I gave it another week and it turned up so, it took a while to get here it but I was happy when I received it.

I ordered two dresses 7 weeks ago and I still haven’t received them. The tracking number I have states the destination is unknown and I cannot get a reply from the company about when my order will arrive?
I personally will never use this company again.

Cheap and nasty material.
Sizing all wrong.
Look nothing like the dresses on their website. Returns policy non existent.

Nice dress, fast delivery

The fabric dye that’s used is really strong smelling - the fabric/dye gave me a rash just from trying on. Cannot return. Tried to exchange for different fabric but no luck. Very poor customer service. Cannot recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received the two dresses I ordered … there were some bad reviews but the two dresses I ordered were exactly as shown … nicely packaged and fit very well.

Dress as good as it looked on the picture. True to size.

Always a bit dubious about ordering from face book ads but really liked the look of the dresses. The pink one wasn’t in stock I assume as had a refund straight away.
Other dress arrived … looks good , it was for my daughter , kept informed of the shipping status, so all worked out well and yes I would recommend to others !!

They said a few weeks. It was about 2-3. Really happy with the dress. I bought believing it’s may never materialise but was more than happy
