Do not buy from this site. You can't get a refund and the dress quality is terrible. Buying from this site was a costly mistake on my part. They added a hefty shipping fee. It arrived very late, the fit was shocking, a below bust seem cut right across the bust and the material is just weird.

Please, please, please don’t waste your money. The dress looks beyond cheap and will be going straight in the bin

Beautiful pictures of adorable clothes. No shipping options, just added to total. Dress not shipped until I inquired so it arrived 2 days after my event.
Ordered xl but dress was at least a 3xl. Huge!
Refund guidelines say refunds only for defects, so I'm out of luck. A shame.

I finally received my dress yesterday and I would like to arrange to return it and have a refund, please.

This dress cost $40.00 (plus a costly $15.00 delivery) and the quality does not reflect the price. It is clear that this dress cost approx. $2.00 to make in a factory in China. If I paid $15.00, I would still be unsatisfied because the quality really is shocking. The size is large but is tight across my shoulders and like a tent at the front. It is more like a medium-size at the back and an XXL at the front. The stitching is awful and there are threads hanging off the ends of all stitching, reflecting how cheaply made this garment is. It states only to hand wash or dry clean and this is obviously because the fabric is so cheap that it will clearly run if washed in anything over 30 degrees. I was really excited when I ordered this dress but now, I feel disappointed and cheated.

Please arrange a return authorization as soon as possible please.

I don’t want to pay for postage then you say you can't receive it without an authorised form. Also, you say that it needs to be returned with 30 days from the receipt of the package. Because you have taken so long to reply me and as you keep offering ridiculous offers of money instead of a full return, this 30-day rule does not apply.

Please please read and heed the bad reviews. Do not buy from this company. I bought $126 (approx £100.00) worth of clothes from this company. I tried to return the items immediately as they didn’t fit properly and the material was of very poor quality.

‘Customer service’ initially ignored my emails, then eventually when they did get in touch, they offered $35 USD and told me to keep the items. I answered immediately and told them that I wanted a full refund. Since then they’ve been ignoring my emails and blocked me from Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and emails.

UPDATE: I finally decided to go through Paypals resolution centre. This seems to work. The company eventually offered me $100 (approx £80) and asked me to keep the items. I originally paid $126 (approx £100), so decided to accept as p&p to return items would cost approx £20.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THEY ARE BASED IN CHINA. THEIR REFUND POLICY IS FAKE, THEY HAVE NO REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ITEMS ARE OF POOR QUALITY.

Ordered two dresses and really pleased with both , good quality and worn one of them already and got lots of compliments

The dress does not look like the picture. I have made contact with this company to return it, but heard nothing back,

I bought two dresses, no email confirmation or anything. The dresses finally arrived and are nothing like the pictures. I've emailed them 4 times for a return and I've been ignored. I've contacted them on Facebook and been told to email. I've commented on the Facebook page and my comments have been removed. I've lost £70, total waste of money. This is a scam !!!

This company is the worst! I bought a dress after reading their return policy and felt ok about it. Then I received the dress and it was not what was advertised AND it was damaged. When I emailed them they offered me $5. Yep. $5. I said it was unacceptable. So they offered $10, then $15. $25 was the max I got out of them for a $75 dress. They made some excuse that their distributor is in Dubai and returns are difficult. Would have been good to know beforehand. And now they’ve blocked my posts on Facebook because they know I have unsatisfactory things to say. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, as cute and the cloths may look. Pretty sure it’s all photoshopped. Buyers beware!

Ordered 2,dresses both great Quality and true to size I’m a medium size 12 .The only boo-boo was they took about five weeks to come but well worth the wait

Delighted with my purchases, first time ordering through Penaloe so apprehensive, however there was no need as delivered on time and good quality v cost.

The only issue was the time it took from ordering to being delivered

The dresses and top are great, they just took a long time to arrive.

I so wish I hadn't bothered. While the clothes looked good online, they are so badly fitted and made from such cheap nylon, they almost feel like they will self combust.
I am now going through the battle of trying to get a refund, after promptly contacting them the day the clothes arrived and have instead of a full refund, been offered $60 and the chance to keep the clothes, that actually cost me $164 in the first place?!! I'm not really sure of the logic of wanting to keep something that looked and felt so awful. They have tried to justify that I will need to pay the postage to return - well it won't cost $104 so I guess its a win!
Looks like I will definitely need to raise a dispute with my bank - save your time and money!

I have been trying to get a return label to send my order back and get a refund but after several emails I did not receive anything.I suspect they wait until is too
