All of my order came together in one package, One dress was a little tight but overall the sizing was great.
Will look to ordering from here again

Poor quality dresses - material simply awful. I ordered 2 dresses and they look nothing like the beautiful marketing images. Have been trying for a week to get a refund. Been offered $18 compensation! Dresses cost me $85!
Dreadful company. Impossible to communicate with them. Still fighting for a return.

I'd love to give zero stars! This company is a total scam. I bought 4 items, none of which looked as shown on the website, i.e. poor quality, unsuitable cuts, etc.. The items arrived 4 weeks after ordering them. When I asked for the return address and label, I was sent two emails negotiating a refund if I kept the items. The order was $181 and I was offered $48. I wasn't sent an address, and will now take legal action against them. Stay away from Penaloe is my recommendation.

The dress was like the picture. The size was good. The fabric is a little bit cheap, but overall a very nice dress.

I’m very disappointed in this company , I bought a dress which unfortunately the style did not suit . I wanted to return but was not allowed . It cost $40 , I was offered $7 as goodwill , it’ll now be put in Charity shop ; l never use this company again , totally unacceptable and totally misleading. Shame

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this company. I ordered 5 dresses and none of them look anything like the pictures. They are horrible. Getting a refund is proving to be virtually impossible. I spent £180 and all they have offered me is $50. The positive reviews on their Facebook page and website are false. BE WARNED.

Lovely dress. True to size and has attracted so many compliments. Very well priced and true to the picture
Would’ve been five stars but delivery is longer than anticipated. Having said that I would definitely use Penaloe again.

Just received a dress and the quality is awful. It’s almost like a plastic material:( I’ve tried to contact to get it returned but not replying to me. Looks like they have also now blocked me from Facebook when I tried to warn others. Stay well away. Terrible terrible terrible 😡

Happy with the dresses that I ordered, but delivery was slow.

The products were pretty much as expected except for one thing. The wrap dress wasn't really a wrap dress and this makes it to wide for my waist. So I have to re-sew it. I didn't understand that it wasn't a real wrap dress from your website. Regards Anette

The products are on point and reflect fashion trends no matter where you are. I love how it's so carefully packed and sent. The update on my order delivery was good and all up great value (fabrics in my T shirt were great) were soft and super comfy

Appalling service. I ordered my items a month ago and they are yet to be shipped. I have received delayed reply’s to my emails (in broken English) giving empty promises. If #PayPal don’t refund me I will take action against them as well as #Penaloe . Don’t lose you’re money on this scam.

Beware! Awful company, clothes not as
pictured, cheap copies. NO full refund policy, they offer partial refund only. Lost $128 dollars as they eventually offered $75 refund which I declined and PayPal did not uphold claim! Unbelievable waste of time and money.

Very cheap, all products are from aliexpress. The prices are ridiculous high, they cost half on aliexpress. Another dropshipping shop.
