It’s a bit scary waiting for a purchase to arrive but this one was well worth the wait. The dresses are perfect sizing, beautifully made and I’ve received. Lot of compliments. So happy !

I will never ever use this company again. Both items were too big even though I checked sizing. When I asked to return the items which cost me over $80 they would only offer me $17! I managed to get a bit more but never heard of such a dreadful way to do 'business' please don't use them!

The quality of the dresses are okay but I will need to have both dresses altered. Although I did order an XL they are more like a 2XL. So know this product runs large in their dresses. Their so called tunic tops run shorter.

Terrible experience, dresses poor quality and did not match website. I would highly recommend you avoid.

Shipping took a while. But dresses arrived and I am very happy with them. Just the right size.

Beautiful items but sizes are small and impossible to return, they keep making you offers to keep the goods even though you have made it clear they don’t fit! Shame as I would have ordered more had the returns process been easier

2 out of the 3 dresses were not true to size and I wish to return them but I have been told to keep them and they will refund a fifth of the cost. this is not what the website says.

SCAM!! The dresses arrived were very cheap copies of the ones on the pictures. Very cheap material and bad quality cutting and sewing. After asking for the return policy they told me they don’t have any and offered me 25usd and to keep the dress. I said I wouldn’t want the dress but return it and they said the return address would be in Dubai and it would be very expensive for me to ship it. I got them negotiated up to 47eur which then arrived some days after. I paid 97 in total :(. Upset with myself that I bought in the first place.

I rarely come to trustpilot just to write about a negative experience but I had to write here: save your money, and be wary of the positive reviews on Facebook etc. This company blocks and deletes negative comments on their ads and I totally fell for it.

I ordered four summer dresses back in early May. I noticed they ran a little expensive but I have had trouble finding good dresses where I live and these looked great and had good reviews. So I ordered them, then waited two weeks for an update (they inform anyone who asks that it should take two weeks for shipping).

When I didn’t get an update I wrote them to see if there was anything wrong with my order. They told me then that one of the dresses was out of stock but that they could cancel that one and send the rest. So I agreed with that, received a refund and then looked forward to the other three dresses.

So from there another two weeks went by with no update on shipping except that my stuff had arrived at a destination airport. I wrote them to see what was happening when a week more went by, and they said there was a delay. At this point I had found lots of reviews here about Penaloe and how some people never even received their orders, so I started to get a little anxious. I made a comment about the long delivery time on their Facebook page because I saw a lot of people asking how long shipping takes and that they were saying only two weeks. My comment wasn’t rude but just a note that so far I was still waiting for over a month. They blocked me from being able to post after that, and removed my comment! (Seriously?!).

After about another week and a half, I finally got my dresses: there were only two of the three, and they were enormous (I ordered Small, and they are both floor length and way too long when they looked to be a normal length - not maxi). The fabric is cheap and one of the dresses was missing. When I asked about this they told me they had refunded me two of the dresses (but they never informed me about the other dress).

So in the end this was a complete waste of money and time. Definitely don’t order from them unless you don’t really care when they’ll arrive or have money to throw away.

A very pretty summer dress, lightweight and easy to wear but does need a full-length slip to prevent it being transparent!

Everything was so easy. Nice service and quick response when asking questions. The delivery was longer than expected but it was the production and not the freight.

What an absolute scam… DO NOT BIY FROM PENALOE…
Items took over 2 weeks to arrive and were nothing like the photos on Facebook… they were of ooor quality, poor shape and size did not reflect true size. The tassels were so flimsy and thin and stitching terrible. I requested a refund max was offered $25 what a joke. Even if I accepted I doubt it would ever arrive. No return information was given and the 2 comments I left on Facebook were deleted and I was blocked. TOTAL SCAM. I am negotiating a charge back through PayPal now, but yet this company keeps trading.. BEWARE . Very disappointed.

They arrived 8 June, all cheap quality and way too big
I replied to email asking how to return package
I’ve never dealt with so much crap EVER, they refuse to send me an address, the last email offered me $35 dollars to keep the items!!!!!
I paid £103 and I want to return as per their 30 day return policy for a full refund, I’ve contacted PayPal so we will see how this pans out
