The dress is pretty, nice pattern and fitted nicely, but a little bit synthetic "plastic" feeling of the material. Delivery was slow.

I love these dresses. I now have 6. Delivery in 7 days which isn’t bad at all.

I carefully read the fabric type of each item I liked before ordering. Despite the promise of rayon, cotton or linen each item that arrived was 100% polyester!
Avoid this company! Stick with SHEIN.

Please do not be fooled by the aggressive facebook advertising and cool photos. I ordered dresses and shirts and payed a few hundred euros minimum. Only receiving clothes that contained zero information about the fabric and composition. There was no way of knowing what the clothes were made of. Some of the fabrics felt like cheap polyester, not very breathable at all. I kind of realised this too late and didn’t even bother try to return them based on the reviews here. All the negative reviews match my experience. A total scam and waste of money in my opinion.

I absolutely love Penaloe. I live in Ireland, and the delivery time is so fast. But the main thing the clothes. I absolutely love these clothes. The quality and the style are second to none. I am filling my wardrobe with this brand. I finally found my style and I'm sticking with it. I'll be buying my winter wardrobe in a few months.

My order arrived after 4 weeks. When it did arrive it was the wrong fit. I tried to return it but they refused to give me a return code. I was offered $14 compensation and to keep my order. I paid $105 in total for my order so I refused. I was then offered $28 and $42 but I just wanted rid of the dresses and a refund. They eventually sent me an address for the return in Dubai. I looked up the address and it was a scam address. I eventually gave in and accepted the $42. Do Not Buy from this Website!

Had previously order 2 dresses from Penaloe.
The confirmation, tracking and delivery took a little time the first time I ordered.
However it was worth the wait, the dresses were beautiful and perfect.
So I decided to order again another 2 dresses.
They are as beautiful as the first ones !!! The size is perfect, the fabric is beautiful, and getting a lot better with the tracking and delivery.
I have recommended this page to a lot of friends!!!

Prompt delivery, true to size, great colour

The one dress was not a great fit so instead of the hassle of returning it, they gave me $10 refund and I keep the dress to share with another person! Well fine.

Unfortunately none of the clothes fitted and when I enquired after a refund was offered $38 in ‘compensation’, which was then up to $65 and finally $100, which I agreed to as I realised they had no intention of refunding the full amount. Do not use this site from the UK, as it costs them too much to ship the goods back and they are not interested in returning your money. Very disappointed.

These dresses are true to the online pictures of them. Great fit and look stunning - definitely recommend them.

Total scam avoid like the plague
Ordered three items, one in two sizes as it states free and easy returns within 30 days.
I emailed then the same day received as none of the three items fitted and you have to email for a return address as need authorisation from then to return and get an address with is no where on the parcel or website.
This is where the fun starts
Their response was we will refund you 15 USD and you can keep them - I explained again they don’t fit so are useless to me and wish to return for full refund
This order cost 106 USD or £92 so to be offered 15 is a total rip off
I eventually got given an address to return to in Dubai this was to be at my own cost and tracked ( despite the site saying free returns )
They then offered 35 USD and then finally 55 USD
I accepted the offer as to send itens to Dubai was going to cost me £25 and thought I would be further out of pocket if they didn’t refund when received items.
I did get my 55 USD /£47 today but have lost £45 with this scam

Very happy with the products delivered

I love the dresses that I ordered. I am not thrilled about the material on some of them, it is very thin and slick. But they are beautiful and fit to size.
