Sizing is unreliable and incorrect. I purchased 2 dresses in the same size having measured myself and used their sizing chart. One dress was way too small, one was too big. I emailed requesting a refund and despite having a 30 day refund policy, they offered me a 16% refund! I am yet to have a reasonable resolution. Will happily update this review if Penaloe honour their refund policy.

I liked my dresses and I like that I was kept up to date with my purchase and delivery. Quality was great and they fit me very well.

Terrible quality and my biggest regretful online purchase ever. Very thin fabric & very slow delivery with no update on ETA. No tracking info given.
Finally got hold of service department, they offered $15 of the $55 I paid as refund, then $20, then $30, emails were addressed “dear customer” & seriously?! I went through PayPal dispute to find a different email contact and after emailing them got my refund $10 less than I paid. Worst service & worst experience EVER!

I received the colour splash top and skirt and absolutely love it! Quality fabulous. Looks exactly like what you see. True to size. I purchased M and I’m a 10 aust. 5 stars

If I could give 0 stars I would. The clothes are of poor quality, cheap polyester and delivery was very slow. I contacted them to request a return and refund and they offered me $14 dollars compensation and to keep the clothes! (the cost of the items was $89. On reading the small print in the refund policy they don't give refunds! Avoid this company at all costs, cheap and nasty clothing and no opportunity to return the items.

This does not even deserve 1 star. PLEASE PLEASE do not buy from this website, I cannot stress this enough. The clothes are very poor quality. The photos are nothing like the clothes you receive. For the amount I paid for each garment I was expecting something really quality….. boy was I wrong. I would actually be embarrassed to wear this crap. To add to the insult , they refused to refund me, it went on and on until they offered me part refunds, this amount kept going up. Very strange. I am shocked at how they are still operating , really shocked!

I wish I read the reviews before i wasted my money. Horrible, terrible quality clothing. Not as pictured. Currently fighting with them for a refund but not holding my breath. Stay well away from this company!

Terrible! Do not buy from here. The clothes are not as pictured and you can’t get a refund.

The order took 3 weeks to arrive…. Items don’t fit and quality is shocking and now being bribed to keep the items instead of them being refunded, so not happy!

If you want much better quality clothing items at reasonable prices with fantastic returns process it’s Shein Uk every time.
I’m mad I deviated on this occasion but lesson learnt…. DON’T USE THiS WEBSITE COMPANY, utter rubbish!

I ordered 2 dresses and a top. The dresses were way bigger than the sizing and from a cheap polyester material, definitely not the same as the material used on the pics. The top on the other hand was tiny. I requested the day I received the items to send them back for a refund and apparently I need to send back to Dubai at my own costs (even though they state on their website they have a warehouse in Australia and the sender on the package was Australian) This company is definitely unethical, hope this review helps someone else avoid the same situation.

What great service - even when the items were received and sadly did not fit they offered to resend in the next size … when an item was out of stock no question refund offered - great service penaloe thank you … looking forward to the dresses being received

Love the dresses. I would have liked the shipping to take less time though.
