Good packaging and product. Shipping did take awhile to get here. About 3.5 weeks but overall very satisfied!

Huge disappointment. The print is nice but the fabric is horrible. Feels like plastic, doesn’t breathe. Don’t waste your money on this product.

On the website is written, that all the products are made in the USA.
But this products are coming from China.
And I also want to send parts back but nobody answers my email to let me know how to ship the parts back.

This website is a total scam, don't buy anything from here. They lied about the price, the delivery time and then wouldn't allow me to return. They just keep trying to offer a discount to make me keep their poor quality clothing.

I received my order but one of the dresses came with a different designed and the other came too large compared to what I chose. I contacted Penaloe and in the same day they refund me the value of one dress. For a massive online shop, I think mistakes may happen and they handled it quickly and in a satisfactory way. Unfortunately I won’t have the dress design I ordered or the correct size but I am happy with the other two dresses from the same order and with their quick customer service.

It took 5 weeks to receive my order, so longer than expected but really happy with the dresses I brought, fit well and good quality.

Thank you SOO much, the outfit arrived just in time to wear to a wedding and the comments were so complimentary. Only ordered just the week or 10 days before and couldn't believe my luck when it arrived the night before

Overall happy with these purchases. Took a bit for the package to arrive, but it was within the promised time frame, so all good there. Sizing was accurate, though a few fit better than others, which was to be expected of course. I'd say the quality is decent for trendy pieces.

To be honest I thought I was never going to ge my order delivered. But I got it and I loved it.

The picture of the dress was a little deceiving. Thought it was a V-beck blouse but model has it tucked inside

Got the two piece dress today. The fit is amazing however I should have sized up. The fabric feels great and has a little give. Definitely motivated to lose 3 lbs so it can fit a little better! I got a small but I think the medium would have been a little better. Im 5’4 135lbs athletic build. I have a decent butt so a small was snug but still zipped.

Was very impressed with the quality of the clothes I received. Good price too.
Took a little time to arrive but I wasn’t in a hurry so it wasn’t an issue. All in all a good experience and have just ordered 2 more dresses.

I was told I gave the wrong address for shipment however looking at my order clearly I had not! This was after they had told me that the delivery had made a number of attempts to deliver! Totally unreliable and tell so many lies about your order! Taken 14.99 shipment fees and refuse to refund me the whole amount paid. This company needs investigated! Stay well clear of them!

Absolute con AVOID THIS WEBSITE at all costs!!!!! They do not let you refund anything instead offer you a small refund less than half of what I paid and the clothing is a pile of rubbish . Why are they allowed to keep trading ?????
