Partridge Mortgage Services are very good, the best mortgage adviser experience I've had so far, and I've had some before, both positive and negative. They are responsive and helpful, they listen to your situation and look into the details, they don't make typos in your names and they answer your concerns in a timely manner. Oh, and they are on time to the minute for an appointment. Ah, now you may think I'm pulling your leg, but no, they are really punctual which is what you'd expect from a professional.

They don't hesitate to spend time with you and they don't make you feel like you need to rush through things forgetting important questions. At the same time, when you need to move fast e.g. at a point of house reservation, they are there to help and explain. Many don't do this, and you may be left alone for days. Not with Partridge.

A place where they could probably improve is communication. Mortgage, protection, exchanging documents and questions, this can get tricky. However, throughout the process Partridge have always listened to the feedback and my concerns and made things better. So, although communication wasn't always ideal, it's still way better than what I had before. You start to notice these things simply because overall they are very good and they really put the bar high.

One more important thing is how they deal with your data. When they call you, they always introduce themselves properly, so you know who you're talking to and they also double check that they are talking to the right person. They are very forthcoming about information security and don't just imply it. This is unusual and this is just another thing where Partridge stands out.

So, yeah, five starts, well deserved. Totally recommend. Keep up the good work!

We are currently in the process of buying our first time and was recommended Partridge from the developer. I was skeptical at first but I am so so glad I went with them. Having spoke with Adrian initially for the principle who was very understanding and made the next steps clear we was confident we had made the right choice. We were then passed over to Isabelle who was just lovely, she answered every single question we had, was so friendly and happy to help which really helped eased the anxiety around it all. Her admin assistant Ashlee was just as lovely! Kept us up to date as promised and was happy to answer any questions we had. 10/10 service and I’m confident following through to the end it won’t change. We are first time buyers, currently in the process of purchasing a new build home.

We were referred to Partridge Mortgage Services by Taylor Wimpey, as they are experts in mortgaging new build properties, and as first time buyers, we had little to no knowledge about the process and what was required from us.

From the first phone call with Adrian, we knew we were in safe hands. Adrian has been so helpful, and could not do enough to assist. From answering basic and complex questions, to making courtesy calls to check in with us, we really could not have asked for anything more!

Both Adrian and Julian have been very efficient in producing our mortgage in principle document, to communicating directly with Taylor Wimpey to ensure the process has been as smooth and painless as possible.
