Dealt with Sophie for the duration of my purchase and I can’t thank her enough for everything she did. She is exactly the person you need throughout the process and deserves a payrise for putting up with me. The human side of someone especially in a process that can be so stressful and anxious is one of the most overlooked things nowadays and this is what set Sophie apart from everyone. The New Homes Group (Kathryn Hedges) was the sales progressor on my sellers property, however they were absolutely amazing! Kathryn helped me to ensure my buyers (and our Sales Progressors) were effective and speedy. She was always there when I had questions, was the friendly voice/ support when things were sticking in the sale. I wish she had been my sales progressor on my sale!
