Customer service has been absolutely outstanding throughout my entire process.
Other companies I have had to deal with have been a real headache and not helpful but these guys were perfect!
They went above and beyond and even on their days off responding to help me out.
Considering these guys do NOT charge a fee for their services they still do a far better and more personal job than the people who take your money!

As first time buyers we are pretty clueless with regards to the whole mortgage process. Darren was really helpful, and informative on our chat. All our questions were answered and we felt very much at ease. We got a good feeling that we would be looked after throughout the whole buying process and after. Working with Ashlee Davis was great. She promptly responded to our queries and concerns and proactively kept us up to date regarding our application and if any documents were needed to help speeding up the process, which eventually helped us to get the mortgage in two weeks! Definitely recommend!

The experience so far has been very straight forward and efficient. Isabelle has been brilliant at explaining everything clearly and I feel more than confident that she has helped us to select the best mortgage product for us. Our mortgage application has now been submitted after a really in depth and useful meeting with Isabelle to get everything processed. Issi has been working with myself and my partner since January and she has been the most incredible, patient, caring, informative and competent person we could have hoped for when buying our first home.

She's listened through the tears, the confusion, the desperation and the hopelessness at times. But has always pushed and pushed for us. Supporting us to a point where we're now looking at end of may as a move in date.

The knowledge and integrity Issi has shown us is second to none and honestly, if it wasn't for her there were a couple of times I was considering pulling out.

I hope she gets a blooming big bonus this year and that the company value her as much as she is worth and as much as I do, because if she works with every client how she has with us she must be their golden girl.

Excellent service and clear advice from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I initially rated Emma with 5 stars for providing excellent service and offering detailed information on mortgage options, insurance, etc. However, during the mortgage approval process, I encountered numerous inquiries regarding my funding sources, which is understandable given that my funds are from foreign sources. While I appreciate the diligence, I believe the Partridge team could offer more guidance rather than simply forwarding the inquiries, leveraging their experience to anticipate lender expectations. It's possible this is standard practice in the industry, or perhaps I'm mistaken in assuming it falls within the scope of a mortgage broker's responsibilities.

As a first-time buyer, I cannot compare the service with other mortgage brokers. Overall, the process has not been stress-free though I remain hopeful for a positive outcome upon application approval. Nonetheless, I'm grateful for the assistance provided by the Partridge team.
