We’re first time buyers and we were recommended this company. They’re open everyday and we had a quick response when we called in on Sunday.

We spoke to Jordan who was very welcoming and informative. He made sure everything went smoothly whilst we were still figuring out the early stages. He was able tell us good numbers with our AIP. When we reserved the house, he congratulated us and referred us to our morgage advisor Danielle.

Danielle was very nice, quick to respond and overall very helpful. She explained everything clearly and made sure we understood the process. She was funny and friendly in the online meeting call.

We’re still currently in the process of buying the house but we’re hopeful that we’ll be moving in at the end of April/start of May.

We got in touch with them on the 16 March and 9 days later we’re awaiting for a morgage to be accepted (which obviously would take longer) We’re just very thankful the process so far has been smooth and quick (despite only being first time buyers, it seems very quick 😂 and soreal)

Isabelle has been incredible so far throughout my first time buying experience. She has been open and honest and has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that I was applying for the best mortgage, her due diligence saved me over £500 I would never get back! She is always kind on the phone and happy to answer any questions. Julia has also been quick to keep me updated and ensure that I am aware of what is going on at all times. Really great service from everyone I have encountered in the team, would recommend 100 times over - thanks guys!!
