As first time buyers we got signposted to Partridge Mortgage Services. Since the first initial contact with them, Chanice and the rest of the team have been great. We were put in touch with our mortgage advisor, Isabelle Kelly who has been great from the start. She made us feel welcome and she explained everything thoroughly and the processes. Julia Vernon has also been great and has kept us up to date with everything. Great team all round.

Availed Partridge Mortgage Services for a new build. They were prompt, responsive and kept the appointments all the way. Special thanks to Chanice and Danielle for helping us out.

Few areas to improve:
1) The ID checks. Partridge uses 'Credas: Verify with TNHG' for identity checks. That app is not very easy to use, particularly if you don't have British passport.
2) Life/Critical-illness cover: This is good to have and not mandatory (unlike building/content) insurance. It would be nice to mention it clearly and let people make a decision on that.

Over all 5* in my opinion.
