Great customer service
Unfortunately an issue was identified with a vehicle I purchased from Parkway one week before.
Even though this was unexpected, the service team got the car booked in quickly for diagnostic testing and on the day very promptly found and fixed the problem with no cost to me.
Excellent after sales service and all of the staff I had contact with were very professional and helpful.
Exceptional service from all involved. Thank you.

Prior to contacting Parkway VW @ Derby
Prior to contacting Parkway VW @ Derby, I looked online to find the vehicle I wanted to inspect. My previous vehicle, a VW Touran had been mortally wounded in a recent accident. Parkway VW had services and MOT’d my car annually and I felt I would be guaranteed great customer service! I was not disappointed! Jas the sales person I met at our prearranged appointment was, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, courteous and very patient! After signing on the dotted line I went home and then decided I wanted something else instead of the car I had chosen!
No problem! Jas was happy to show me another vehicle and redo the paperwork. I collected my new car the following day and the whole experience was relaxed and easy to complete. Jas was the perfect salesman. I believe one of a great team at PARKWAY VW DERBY!

Having owned a previous vehicle from VW Parkway a few years ago, I never thought twice about going anywhere else to seek a vehicle that suited my needs. Took 2 days for minimal work and poor customer service
Our car was in for an oil change and MOT as part of its service plan. The online booking asked how do you want to be notified, I selected telephone. Later that day I noticed an email with a 'health check' link. Long story short, my car needed two new tyres, so I ordered them. Later in the afternoon I received a call saying they didn't have the tyres, they'd sold them and my car wouldn't be ready until close of play tomorrow. No apology, just excuses and no alternative offered. So, two full days at the garage for minimal work. I turned up early for my car, 1500 on day 2 and it was ready, but no phone call to say such. Amazingly when I mentioned this, it had allegedly just been finished! Again, no apology as it appears to be the norm to deliver poor customer service. My car will be going elsewhere next year.
