The email for complaints is incorrect.
I had a major service and MOT on my wife's car on Wednesday 7th October. It hasn't sounded right since so I thought I would look under the bonnet. The air filter hasn't been reconnected.
I tried to contact you the through the complaints procedure but the email address returns a postmaster failure.

Quite a wait for the job to be completed, which was not a problem, however this would have been a little more comfortable if the tea/coffee making facilities had been replenished.
