P448 Arvostelua 

Le trovo molto belle le P488, moderne e confortevoli, però ho riscontrato qualche problema purtroppo,un consumo anomalo dei talloni,si nota che la suola all'interno del tallone nasconde un vano vuoto,senza materiale(gomma),diventa un punto di facile consumo.
I fori per il passaggio dei lacci hanno degli anelli in metallo, questi hanno rilasciato un ossido verde sulla lingua.
Anche la parte interna della punta si è consumata velocemente con l'unghia del pollice.Spero vengano risolti questi problemi,vorrei prendermi un'altro paio se migliorate.

Llevo reclamando el reembolso de un par de zapatillas 3 semanas. He escrito tres veces para reclamar .
Cada vez me han pedido paciencia por los retrasos provocados por el alto volumen de procesos en almacén. Excusas. Me dijeron en uno de sus correos que tardarían 6 días… hace tres semanas que tienen mi paquete.
Hoy le he vuelto a escribir y la excusa de hoy es que está hecho el reembolso pero ha habido un problema con el pago en mi cuenta y el equipo financiero lo está investigando y lo arreglarán lo antes posible.
Es un vacile continuo que no voy a tolerar más.

Made a return end of December. Wrote a mail on 16.01 about when to expect my money, got an answer that it may take a while. Waited until the 28th of January - still no return. Wrote an email complaining - got the same email again and saying that it “might take longer” like 6 days after receiving the package - THEY HAVE IT FOR A MONTH ALREADY. Now I didnt get a response. In the meantime my Husband send back a package and became a refund immediately. I am afraid I wont get my money back. NEVER AGAIN. Will consult my lawyer.

I ordered a pair of shoes and a couple of days later they ran a 20% off promotion so I was going to cancel my order and place a new one but thought it would be easier if they just credited the difference back to me. They weren't willing to do that and were very unhelpful. It took them 8 days to dispatch the package and it still hasn't arrived. Based on other reviews the quality is also not very good and they are unhelpful when things go wrong, as I have seen for myself. I liked the shoes on the website and thought I could rely on them but I will be buying from an alternative supplier in the future. A real shame.

Padding on the back of the show came off after 6 months of intermittent wear, P448 deemed this “wear and tear” and wouldn’t repair, refund or provide a credit. Pretty poor for a “luxury” brand. I certainly wouldn’t be wasting $400+ on another pair of these or anything from this company.

The awful reviews had made me dubious ahead of ordering.
But considering they were only a handful I decided to risk it.
The fulfilment of the order was beyond expectations. Almost by the hour updates on where the parcel was. Ordered on Friday night (after working hours) and received it on Thursday morning. Given they came from Italy and through customs in the UK, I think that’s exceptional.
No idea how other customers are judging quality. It looks great to me. The leather looks good, the outer rubber looks solid to me, the insole is thick and cushioning, the shoes are stitched and not just glued.
I can’t comment on responsiveness of customer service and returns since I haven’t dealt with it.

They are sold as a quality brand but nothing is further from reality. The product was received defective, I proceeded with the return and after more than 3 weeks I am still waiting for them to supply the change.
In customer service they only say that change is being managed but that they have many orders and there is a waiting list to make the expedition... they only make excuses and meanwhile the money is in their pocket.
When I suggested the refund of the money, his response is a loop in which they say that the order is in the process of being shipped...
there is no way to talk to them
by phone, they only answer email and how
I have mentioned, they answer what is convenient for them without giving solutions.

An epic journey to return some shoes , the customer service is incredibly poor ! Iv waited almost 3 weeks to get a return label yet they take the money in 10 seconds ! It’s bad at best ! The shoes seem great quality and I’m sorry they didn’t fit but Jesus to rectify the situation is a trudge In deep deep mud !

Peccato non si possa mettere 0 stelle, il mio compagno ha comprato in un negozio un paio di p448, le cuciture interne sono terribili, gli hanno spaccato i piedi dopo 2 giorni.
Il negozio non le rimborsa o cambia perché l'azienda p448 non risponde alle email, assurdo.
Tutto molto imbarazzante.
Scarpe sconsigliate sia per il problema riscontrato sia per il loro customer service.

My review is in P448 Customer Service. I have been emailing for over 1 week because I wanted to request the sale price. I purchased the Audry Tofu and it became marked down from $325 to $195 the day my order went to fulfillment.
I got no reply via P448 Chat or email support and so I decided to return the sneakers. Well, my printer ran out of ink and now the return label disappeared. I only get my order 107065 status as “return in progress”. No more return label appears and no customer support help is to be found. I would keep the shoes if P448 would just credit me the difference /cost savings $88.15.
P448 customer support is no where to be found - I even opened a support case in P448 Instagram. Still no reply…..:P448 support has fell below a Designer shoe company standard since 2021when they were awesome. I am so disappointed and was hoping P448 Supervisor could rectify this issue before I opened this review.

Ho comprato due paia di scarpe, in un caso la scarpa era troppo grande, nell'altro caso si notava un grosso difetto di cucitura tra la tomaia e la suola. E qui iniziano i problemi, il link su sito web per i resi non funziona...bisogna scrivere e aspettare parecchi giorni che rispondano con il link corretto...dopo 1 mese nessun rimborso alla vista dell'importo.
Se si vende un prodotto premium a 200-300 euro ci si aspetta che il servizio sia anch'esso premium, non tutti questi ritardi e pressapochismi. Morale, primo ed ultimo acquisto.

I have bought a pair of John Chess on April 2022.
After 10 months, some stitches have popped on the outside of one sneaker.

This is a pair of fancy sneakers (239€) that I obviously don't wear for sports.
I have asked my shoe repairer if he could do something about it, which he cannot.

As I had bought them in the P448 Paris shop, I went there to let them know what happened and asked wether they could send my pair of sneakers to repair.
I was very surprised that I was told that I had to send my sales receipt by email to P448!
I bought the sneakers in a shop, not online so they should be able to handle this kind of process within the shop and then call me back.

Anyway, I told them that of course I hadn't kept any receipt and asked if they could find it in their system.
I had the feeling that I was annoying them.
But they finally got to find the receipt and give it to me.

I then sent an email with the receipt, and some pictures.
And was told by email that I needed to get in contact with the shop! No one has answered my emails explaining that the shop couldn't do anything for me.

NO one has come back to me from the shop, so I had to call the shop myself.
Nicolas, remembered me coming and had heard about his boss receiving some infos on my problem.

After a while he called me back, letting me know that they couldn't repair the sneakers.
And all they could do was to enable me to buy another pair of their sneakers of 2022 seasons for the modest amount of 70€!!!

So I am supposed to put to the bin a pair of sneakers that have not lasted a year and buy another pair of P448 brand and pay for it again!!!

Nowadays, a brand that settles itself rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré in Paris and cannot handle this kind of problem properly is just a huge scandale!

Moreover they try to position themselves as a green brand, but do not offer a service accordingly.
I guess it happens that sometimes one pair can have a defect, but I am most unsatisfied with the way they dealt with my case.

In the same price range I recommend VEJA that really is offering a different green and committed brand and offers a Veja shoemaker when the pair needs it.

I obviously DO NOT RECOMMEND P448.

ne avevo comprato due, Ma mai piu, Suole consumate in maniera strana dalla parte di tallone, poi costano troppo rispetto la qualità del prodotto
Manco adidas ho avuto questo problema e costano pure meno

I had two problems, one interacting with the website to obtain a discount and one with the delivery process. P448 customer service responded promptly, sorting both out. I am very pleased so far with my experience

Beware of this fraudulent company! They don't send you the product that you ordered, and then they refuse to refund you!
