P448 Arvostelua 

Para Reyes le regalé a mi hija unas P448 que compré en el black friday con un descuento casi del 30%.
A los 2 meses se estropearon.

Contacté con ellos y entre otras les propuse que, si la tara de ese modelo se trataba de un hecho puntual y no habían recibido más quejas que me enviasen otras iguales, en caso contrario, que cambiasen las zapatillas por otro modelo.

El modelo que yo adquirí ya no estaba disponible y por política de devolución no me podían enviar otro modelo.

Solicité la devolución del importe que yo pagué por las zapatillas que era de 175 euros. Tampoco fue posible. Me ofrecieron devolver las zapatillas defectuosas y recibiría un vale de 175 euros.
No quería ningún vale puesto que no estaba conforme con la calidad de sus productos.

Finalmente lo máximo que conseguí fue, un reembolso del 20% (35 euros) y un descuento del 15% de compensación para otra compra (descuento que ya consigues al suscribirte).

Conclusión, las zapatillas que compré costaban 245 euros pero en el black friday me costaron 175 euros.
Si compro unas zapatillas del mismo estilo, las más baratas cuestan 245 euros, le aplico el 15% de descuento que me ofrecieron que son 36,75 euros, las zapatillas quedan por 208,25 euros. De aquí resto los 35 euros del reembolso, en total pagaría 173,25 euros por adquirir otras zapatillas.
Esto quiere decir que en menos de 5 meses me gastaré 348,25 euros por SÓLO UNAS ÚNICAS zapatillas, ya que las otras salieron defectuosas.

Cuando haces la reclamación te contestan diciendo, "la calidad de nuestras zapatillas es fundamental para nosotros" no nos engañen, lo importante para vosotros es no perder dinero y facturar.

quick delivery awesome trainers got three pairs well pleased

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and 2 sets of shoe laces. 1 pair of shoes and a set of shoe laces were delivered about 2 weeks later. The second set of shoe laces were delivered another 2 weeks later without the shoes. I've sent multiple emails and tried calling and no one will respond to me. Everything is thru AI. I will never order from them again. TERRIBLE customer service. They stole my money.

Ordered 2 pairs in late January 2025 (order #4325). Tried for 2 weeks to return one of the two. The main returns section of P448's UK website does not work and only by browsing through the FAQ text section did I find an alternate link.
Returned the item on 08/02/2025 - no news ever since and of course no refund in sight.

I bought my 1st pair at Macy's which I was happy with. But, when order a pair for my daughter it took almost a month. I returned the shoes unworn caz it was a bit large for my daughter a month ago.
Then 1st response was it's out of their guidrline restrictions, not sure why. Then when I insisted that these she's were never worn. Then they send me partial credit! Contacted the customer service again with no answers!
Im sorry im not giving my business to someone that doesnt have a working customer service...No mattress how good the product is!

Llevo más de 15 días reclamando una devolución, parece que es su modus operandi decir que llevan retrasos y que no todavía no han podido gestionarlo.
Es absolutamente intolerable, tendré que tomar medidas de manera inmediata.

Great shoes, great website. Was easy to find what I was looking for and they have good promotions and really comfy shoes.

I signed up with my email to receive a 25% discount on my first purchase, as advertised on the website. No conditions were mentioned, but when I tried to use the discount code they sent me, it didn’t work. I reached out to customer service for help three days ago and still haven’t received a reply. I feel deceived by the promotion and disappointed with the lack of response. This experience has left a negative impression, and I expected better from a brand like P448.

Return since december but no refund
It was by best brand until I was shocked with how the customer service is really not professionnel,
Made a return on 18 th of December. Wrote a mail many times, got an answer that it may take a while. Until today, still no return! Wrote an email complaining - got the same email again and saying that it "might take longer" like after receiving the package - THEY HAVE IT FOR A MONTH ALREADY. They send a return confirmation mail, but not the money!
They ruined my trust

Met zulke duren schoenen verwacht je gewoon een oplossing
Er zijn genoeg andere bedrijven die zonder verdere verplichtingen een oplossing geven voor een inferieur product
Jammer als je je zelf op de markt zet als een luxury brand gedraag je daar dan ook naar

The goods are good but the customer service if you have an issue is terrible .. they just do not respond leaving you feeling vulnerable.

Bought a pair of Bali’s and exactly what I’d expected. Tried a few high end brands and nice trainers but not very comfy. Not an issue with these, great trainers really comfy and well made.

Delivered quickly and well packaged so no complaints. Would definitely consider ordering a different style.

Hab die Schuhe im Sale gefunden. Sind sehr trendy und toll verarbeitet. Made in Italy und nicht in Asien. Richtiger Eyecatcher.
Leider ist eine kleine Erhebung vorne am Ballen. Hab mir Blasen gelaufen. Vielleicht mit anderen Innensohlen.

Schuh Qualität ist top notch.
Customer service war, als ich eine andere Größe wollte, sehr schnell und hilfreich. Zwei meiner Freunde haben auch deren Schuhe und die sind beide auch sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität. Das Leder auf meinen John - Army Corp ist sehr gut, und wie ich bei meinen Freunden gesehen habe altert es auch mit einer schönen Patina. Der Preis der Schuhe ist zwar steil, wegen der Bauqualität des Schuh's ist er doch verständlich.

I've been wearing my Jack Swedens every day for over a year, and they are by far the most comfortable shoes I've owned in a long time. I used to wear a lot of Vans and DCs, but I would wear them out within five months to a year, and these show no signs of breaking anytime soon!

When I was in NYC in Jan, I stopped by the store, which was an amazing experience with the friendliest staff! I picked up a pair of Yam's in black and neon green, and I was not disappointed; they fit just like my Jacks and are super comfy to wear.

I purchased my first pair of p448 trainers a couple of months ago and I haven't worn any other shoes since they arrived. I went for the Monza style and the quality is absolutely amazing - you definitely get what you pay for! I can see them lasting me a very very long time. So excited to see that they've launched in the UK now as well meaning super quick delivery!!!

This company sucks. I ordered a sale product last week and when it arrived, for my surprise wasn’t what they promised. The website said it was made out of suede, and when it arrived it was just a kind o cheap synthetic leather. The quality was bad and the product was a fraud. I contacted them through live chat and phone and they responded me instantly, telling the suede description were their marketing error and promised me the full refund (taxes and duties) that were actually more money than the product itself. I sent the product back the same day. After I sent it, they vanished. Stop answering the phone the chat and emails. Now this week they got back to me with the refund only on the product and told me to contact UHL for taxes refund, which are not refundable! Now I have more than 100 dollars loss for being scammed. Don’t recommend. The shoes are big, bad quality and scamm.
