Hallo. Ich möchte alle warnen – überlegt es euch gut, bevor ihr etwas in diesem Shop bestellt. Es handelt sich angeblich um das Premium-Segment: teure Turnschuhe, teure Waren, hohe Preise… aber der Umgang mit den Kunden ist einfach schockierend.

Ich bin in eine sehr unangenehme Situation geraten: Ich habe Turnschuhe bestellt, und laut Sendungsverfolgung wurden sie bereits am 11. April zugestellt. Aber tatsächlich ist das Paket nirgends zu finden. Ich habe alles Mögliche überprüft: den Hauseingang, vor der Tür, habe mit den Nachbarn gesprochen – nichts.

Ich habe sofort begonnen, mich mit dem Shop in Verbindung zu setzen. Ich habe mehrmals das Formular auf ihrer Website ausgefüllt und parallel dazu eine E-Mail mit einer detaillierten Beschreibung des Problems geschrieben. Und was war das Ergebnis? Völliges Schweigen. Keine einzige Antwort. Nicht einmal eine automatische Bestätigung, dass sie meine Anfrage erhalten haben – nichts.

Ich verstehe nicht, wie ein Shop, der sich als Premium-Anbieter positioniert und teure Waren verkauft, seine Kunden so ignorieren kann. Das ist einfach inakzeptabel. Man zahlt viel Geld – und bleibt ohne Ware und ohne jegliche Unterstützung zurück.

Seit dem 11. April stehe ich unter ständigem Stress, versuche, mein Paket zu finden und wenigstens irgendeine Reaktion vom Shop zu bekommen – aber alles ohne Erfolg. Ich schreibe das hier aus einer emotionalen Reaktion heraus, weil ich wirklich nicht weiß, was ich noch tun soll.

Falls jemand schon einmal mit einer ähnlichen Situation konfrontiert war und weiß, wie man das lösen kann – bitte gebt mir einen Tipp. Ich wäre euch sehr dankbar.

Stay away unless you’re willing to risk losing your money. Their sizing is completely off—I usually wear a US 8, ordered that size, and the shoes were way too big.
Returning them felt like a joke: $20 for shipping plus a $30 restocking fee. I sent the package back using their provided UPS label, and even though it was delivered, I didn’t receive a refund for over two weeks. I reached out to customer service and got no response at all.
Luckily, I paid with my Apple Credit Card and was able to dispute the charge and get my money back. Otherwise, I’m not sure I would have.
Avoid this store—customer service is basically nonexistent.

Le sneakers Premiata Sharky dal costo esorbitante di oltre 320 euro sono di uno scomodo indicibile. Rigide sul tallone, il materiale che le compone (pelle?) fascia in maniera altrettanto rigida collo e lato del piede. Inutile dire che sono appariscenti ma non da utilizzarsi per un uso quotidiano. La sensazione è di trascinare qualcosa, non di camminarci protetti... Cliente Premiata da anni, con decine di paia consumate sino allo sfinimento, ma qui avete toccato il fondo. Peccato perdere consumatori per decadenza del prodotto...

Very bad experience with Premiata.

I placed an order (PO75449) on April 2, 2026 as a birthday gift for my brother. The package was delivered on April 13, 2026 via FedEx (tracking: 380198486313). When I opened the box, it was completely empty — no shoes inside.

This is absolutely unacceptable. Receiving an empty package from a well-known brand is a serious issue and raises big concerns about their quality control and shipping process.

Customer support has been slow and ineffective. Instead of resolving the issue quickly, I had to spend my own time chasing them and trying to get a clear answer.

Overall, this experience was stressful and disappointing. I cannot recommend Premiata to anyone. Be careful when ordering, as you may end up with the same situation.

Guten Tag! Ich rate dringend davon ab, in diesem Shop einzukaufen, da ich selbst ein Problem hatte: Ich habe Turnschuhe bestellt, die laut Sendungsverfolgung am 10. April ankommen sollten, aber ich suche sie bis heute überall und finde sie nirgends. Da ich mir deswegen große Sorgen mache, habe ich mich sofort entschlossen, mich an sie zu wenden, indem ich das Formular auf der Website mehrmals ausgefüllt habe. Außerdem habe ich ihnen normale E-Mails geschrieben und ihnen von diesem Problem berichtet, aber als Antwort – 0, überhaupt nichts, nicht einmal automatische Antworten. Was ist das denn für ein Service... Ich bin in Panik, suche sie seit dem 10. April und kann sie immer noch nirgends finden. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung mit Tränen in den Augen. Ich weiß nicht, was ich tun soll. Wer könnte mir da irgendwie helfen?

I am extremely disappointed with Premiata US. I ordered one model of shoes, but received a completely different pair. The mistake was clearly on their side, yet they didn’t even bother to apologize.

The return process has been slow and inconvenient, and customer support responds in a very formal, indifferent way without any real effort to help. It feels like they simply don’t care about their customers.

Service is absolutely unacceptable. No accountability for their mistakes and no respect for the customer. I do not recommend ordering from them if you don’t want to deal with this kind of experience.

Ho acquistato 2 paia di scarpe premiata al negozio ufficiale in località Castagno di Montegranaro e ho riscontrato una bassissima qualità della pelle scamosciata ( crosta) perché dopo aver portato le scarpe per circa 2 mesi hanno iniziato a perdere di colore e il pelo della crosta diventava sempre più rasposo e alto. Quindi devo dedurre che il prezzo pagato per l' acquisto delle scarpe è troppo alto rispetto alla qualità. Sono delusa! Penso si debba cambiare il materiale della pella.

Non acquistate su questo sito. Ho fatto una richiesta di reso perché la qualità è pessima e il prezzo elevatissimo. Questo è il 5 giorno che aspetto che venga approvata la richiesta di reso. Ho contattato il centralino, inviato email, compilato il form online per sollecitare. Inviata PEC ma è stata respinta. Mi rivolgerò a chi si dovere non dovessero dare riscontro

Non consiglio l’acquisto.
Ho comprato queste scarpe ma, dopo poco utilizzo, il tessuto sopra le dita si è tagliato a causa della scarsa qualità del materiale utilizzato.

Ho contattato il servizio clienti, ma purtroppo non ho ricevuto assistenza adeguata.

In conclusione, il prodotto non vale il prezzo pagato.

Sono scarpe comodissime e di qualità superiore, ne ho un paio ormai da 6/7 anni e se sono ancora ottime . Unico neo è il prezzo

Ho comprato un paio di sneakers modello Quinn sul sito Farfetch, le scarpe dopo tre utilizzi stanno già cadendo a pezzi, la linguetta della scarpa si sta già sfilacciando e sfibrando, scarpe da 270€ con questa qualità..
Paghi a peso d’oro delle scarpe scadenti e fatte in Vietnam.
Allegherei le foto, ma purtroppo questa piattaforma non lo permette.

Mala calidad. Compré las zapatillas en la tienda Frank de Galicia, no se hacen cargo se caen a cachos a las 3 semanas con 2 puestas. Ni siquiera lo tramitan con el fabricante. Premiata mala atención al cliente, ni contestan. Al final...a consumo y a su laboratorio. Nunca más compraré unas zapatillas Premiata ni las recomiendo.

Lovely shoes but the sizing is all over the place and their size charts are incorrect. I ordered a pair of sneakers for a special event and confirmed the size by email and was assured it was correct, but when they arrived they were too small and yet they insist that it is my fault and still charged me a $30 restocking fee. Infuriating. Save your money or purchase from a customer-friendly retailer.

Ho comprato un paio di PREMIATA qualche anno fa ma fin dai primi mesi notai che la suola in gomma sotto al tallone si stava indurendo, fino a quando poi è diventata così rigida che se viene a pezzi, quando cammino, sento la rigidità sotto al tallone e rischio di scivolare, la gomma non ha più aderenza. Peccato, scarpe così belle e molto costose che fanno una così brutta fine. PREMIATA ha certamente perso un cliente, che sia Vietnam o Italia, i prodotti delle materie prime glieli da PREMIATA. Inutile dare la colpa al Vietnam.

Pésima atención al cliente. No me lo esperaba para nada. Después de comprar varios pares de zapatos de esta marca, los últimos me salieron defectuosos… intenté hacer la reclamación con la tienda que me los vendió (playpaddock, SL) y ni unos ni otros….. ya sé qué marca NO debo repetir, ni en qué tienda TAMPOCO.

Comprato un paio di sneakers … indosssate non più di 20 volte e la suola si sta già staccando!! E comunque anche il resto del materiale con cui sono costruite dopo poco perde le sue caratteristiche iniziali. Dire che fanno schifo in virtù anche del prezzo e’ un eufemismo!!! Sconsigliatissime!!!

Ne ho avuto 4 paia, tutte molto costose e made in Vietnam, qualità dei materiali molto scadenti, soprattutto la pelle,ma non solo, mi hanno provocato dei dolori sotto la pianta del piede destro sicuramente dovuta a un difetto di fabbrica, cosa che non mi era mai successo con un'altra sneakers di un'altra brand meno costosi, non comprerò mai più scarpe premiata

I ordered a pair of sneakers, they never got delivered and the company isn’t helping me to locate my purchase. I’ve spent over €1000 on their products in the past and they don’t seem to care about helping me.
