P448 Arvostelua 

I recently ordered a pair of P448 in the wrong size but didn’t realize until it was over the time frame to return. I never wore them (I was saving them for a big trip this fall) and decided to reach out to P448 support and explain that I accidentally ordered the wrong size and sent pictures of the shoes to show they were never worn. They graciously allowed me to exchange them for the correct size as a one time courtesy and I couldn’t be happier! This is my 5th pair and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with their performance, style and comfort, adding that P448’s customer service is top notch! Thank you!😊

J'ai acheté une paire P448 Jack 2026 au début du mois de mai. Je les ai trouvé chères (250 euros) mais le vendeur m'a convaincu sur la qualité de fabrication, de matériau pur cuir etc. Aujourd'hui, avec moins de deux mois de port (et non permanent), la couleur orange dominante est complètement passée, la différence de couleur avec la zone lacets est hallucinante, les semelles se décollent au dessus des coutures et il n'y a qu'un seul lacet sur la deuxième paire qui est vendue avec pour en changer le look ! Première et dernière fois que j'achète cette marque, elles ne valent pas le prix qu'elles sont vendues !

Their shipper who was FedEx was never able to deliver the package to the intended destination and FEDEX was no more specific about it than just Miami Beach FL .. AFTER 16MINUTES ON THE PHONE TODAY FEDEX ADMITTED THAT THEY COULD NOT LOCATE THE PACKAGE THEY ALSO DIDN'T HAVE MY EMAIL RIGHT EITHER AND YOU CAN'T CONTACT THEM WANTS TO SHIP HER INITIATES AND INQUIRY UNTIL THE COMPLETION OF THAT INQUIRY WHICH WAS NEVER SHARED WITH ME NO street address no building NUMBER nothing.. during the month's time they kept sending ads for things that I had not purchased and things that I had purchased.. one pair of a n t i b e s that they could not deliver. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING DIRECTLY FROM THEM THEY HAVE DISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH NOTHING MORE THAN AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND I WILL NEVER USE FEDEX BY CHOICE AGAIN

Li ho contattati sul ig ma non mi hanno mai risposto.

Decido di contattarli via mail mi hanno risposto che non fanno garanzia su acquisti dei loro prodotti nei negozi.

E' un problema evidente di fabbrica ...non compratele, a quei prezzi si trovano scarpe migliori

Sneakers are hard and not comfortable even with insoles very disappointed 😔 for the price I paid not satisfied with the product sorry.

Service client catastrophique malgré plusieurs mails mentionnant la non réception de ma commande, aucun retour du service client après plus d’un mois.
On me demande d’attendre inlassablement. Ridicule.

the website is very user friendly, and the products are great.they super stylish and comfy. i love the new ones with the higher platforms. they designs are great, and they always fit true to size. the returns are super easy, if you ever want to return.

I got defective and faulty shoes, with glue, their customer service is the worst, nasty and rude agents.

Bought a pair of mocka sneakers from p448 and it was super good quality even the insole smelt super fresh and everything about it was good.

Excellent customer service , they got in contact right away after I send them an email
and resolved my issue right away , I am definitely purchasing another pair of shoes from them

I got these sneakers for Christmas and they are really comfortable and go with a lot of my outfits. I will definitely be buying from this company again!!!

Realice un pedido el 9 de diciembre y por culpa del mensajero lo devolvieron a origen. En todos los mensajes me han dicho que lo van a reenviar, pero estamos a 5 de enero y todavía no ha salido del almacén. Me dicen que está en lista de espera.
El teléfono de contacto no funciona.... Un auténtico desastre!!!

I have been trying to resolve an issue since 11/7/2025. My less than 6 month sneakers are peeling all over. I have sent pictures multiple times. I have been ghosted since 11/11/2025. Ive tried calling and they wont answer the phone. They won't respond to emails. I'll never buy another pair. The email they list in the phone message does not work.

I returned some shoes for store credit, after getting approval from customer service. The company then refused to give me store credit after they received my shoes! Poor customer and unethical business practices.

Achtung, Erstattung erfolgt nach nunmehr 3 Wochen immer noch nicht!!! Service redet immer nur von Verspätung ohne einen konkreten Zeitpunkt zu nennen. Ich werde hier nicht mehr bestellen. Dafür gibt es genug andere Anbieter bei denen alles problemlos funktioniert.

Update:
Hier wird schnell reagiert um den Schein zu wahren. Taten folgen leider nicht und ich warte weiter auf meine Rückzahlung. Meine persönliche Meinung: Finger weg!

Response to my questions and concerns made online were prompt and were of great help in deciding which shoe size would be best as I was in between sizes.
