Before Oryx, I was always comparing candidates using different criteria, so I never felt fully confident I was making the right decision. We used it to hire sales associates, and it gave the whole process more structure. Instead of relying on whatever stood out in the moment, I had a consistent way to evaluate everyone. It felt like standardization.

The only thing I’d mention is that it takes a bit of time to get used to the interview flow and the question guide. Once that clicked, it made a lot more sense. Overall, it helped me make hiring decisions with more confidence.
