Har endda bestilt fra dem før, hvor jeg ikke fattede mistanke. Øv.

Helt konkret har jeg bestilt en alligator-læderrem til +110€ og en anden læderrem (som også er overbetalt). “Alligator-remmen” ligner hverken den rem på produktbilledet eller er i ‘ægte krokodille læder’ (men bare præget alm. læder(måske)) der står “leather” på indersiden af remmen, men er i sløjt kvalitet uanset. Begge remme ankom som én ali express pakke i min Post Nord app …

Super latterligt. Håber der ikke er andre der er ligeså dumme som mig her …

Das Lederarmband ging nach 3 Monaten Gebrauch kaputt (nur jeweils im Büro getragen). Von Seiten Kundendienst gab es kein Entgegenkommen. Dies entspräche zwar nicht ihren Qualitätsansprüchen, der Defekt würde jedoch trotzdem vom Gebrauch/Handhabung kommen.
Schade, das Produkt hatte mir gefallen aber ich werde sicher nicht nochmal etwas dort bestellen.

I thought these guys were good until I read on a watch forum about someone buying straps from Ali express. I thought that looks like the one i paid $129AUD for from Helvetus. Thought I would buy one to compare the quality at $3.39. Imagine my surprise when firstly it came in the exact same outer packaging and when opened the exact same inner packaging. Upon opening it the straps were identical. They are not the luxury watch strap Swiss Brand they purport to be but a buyer from China who then ships from China directly to you at a markup of over 3000%. And I have now bought three straps from Helvetus and no doubt been ripped off every time.

Garbage. Drop ship from china, quality is terrible. You have to pay return shipping.

Big scam don’t buy from this fakers.
They sell you Chinese crap.
They send constant the same robot answer that they payed the money back but that’s a big lie. Instarted investigation via IDeal and they will soon contact them.

This is one of those reviews that starts "If I could leave a zero star review I would." I bought one of their Panerai replacements, at a not cheap £67. When it arrived it didn't fit. I had to threaten them with action under UK distance selling regulation before they agreed to a refund. I despatched the strap back to Switzerland on the 9th of June, at a cost of £10. Tracking showed it was delivered to them 3 days later. I'm writing on the 29th, having not had a refund. Upon prodding I got this response: "Thank you for your email.
Upon review, we can confirm that your returned item has been received. It appears that the refund had not yet been processed, which has now been resolved."
No apology, you note.
Substandard products, substandard customer service. Avoid like the plague.

The company has nothing to do with Switzerland except its headquarters address. They sell terrible quality belts from China. Avoid them. Don't buy anything.

I want to lead off by saying despite past reviews, the customer service in my case was very good. The product came from Switzerland so naturally with all the tariffs etc. in place, it took about 2 weeks and I didn’t even get a tracking number until about 3/4 days before it got here but the customer service team replied quickly explaining the situation and provided tracking as soon as they could. The product itself is also very premium and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to purchase here. So great job Helvetus on putting out a premium product, and improving on previous complaints from your customers. I’d shop here again without hesitation

Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!!!

Ich habe ein Armband für eine Herrenuhr bestellt. Leider passte dieses Band nicht. Helvetus behauptet, dass sie das Armband nicht zurücknehmen kann, da es sich um eine Maßanfertigung handelt. Dem ist nicht so. Ich habe einen bereits exakt beschriebenen Artikel bestellt und nicht nach meinen Maßen anfertigen lassen. In den Geschäftsbedingungen steht, dass eine Rücknahme akzeptiert wird-allerdings unter sehr teuren Bedingungen. Dennoch verweigern sie die Rücknahme.

Das wird nicht während des Bestellvorgangs mitgeteilt.

Zero customer service.
Sold a strap that only fits another IWC watch model despite saying on their website ‘precision fit for all IWC models’. Did not offer a replacement or refund, or return. £71 wasted!

Ordered a watch strap for my Cartier rondo. Arrived and before opening could see the poor quality and inability to fit. Returned and 7 weeks later have still not received my refund of £73 despite an email telling me the refund had been processed and it was my bank that hadn’t refunded me!

Achtung.....Bitte nichts von diesem Shop kaufen. Es handelt sich um billig verarbeitete China Ware. Ich habe einfach ein komplett anderes Band erhalten als bestellt. Der Kommentar war, dass das ja nur "Beispielfotos" wären. Ich habe noch nie eine Rezension geschrieben, aber das ist eine absolute Frechheit. 100 € für "Ali-Expressware" im Wert von bestenfalls 20 €. möchte aber nur potentielle Kunden warnen. FINGER WEG.

SCAM — Fake Swiss company, Chinese rubber junk, 2-month refund nightmare

Marketed as a Swiss premium brand. Reality: cheap rubber strap shipped from China after 3-4 weeks. Returned it immediately. Then spent 2 months chasing a CHF 77.40 refund. They repeatedly "confirmed" it was processed but refused to provide any ARN or payment proof. Even threatened me not to file a chargeback. Refund only appeared after I opened a formal dispute with Revolut. Avoid completely.

It is just scammers , be very careful they nevers send back the money if you return the product.

I needed a new watchband for my Seiko scuba diver's watch. Seiko no longer makes a band for it. I found Helvetus on line. I selected a probable band, then contacted Helvetus support. I gave Mia the watch's model number. I explicitly asked her if the band would fit. Without hesitation she responded yes. No other response. I ordered the band, when it finally arrived directly from China, it didn't fit. Mia neglected to follow up her "yes" with "determine the width needed before ordering". Helvetus' policy is that for returns, there is no RA. The customer foots the shipping bill. For exchanges the customer foots the bill in both directions - to and from Switzerland. The shipping cost of both options separately are 3x to 4x the value of the band. So I get to eat a band I can't use. Buyer beware.

produit de tromperie, grosse arnaque, bracelet pour blancpain: Swatch, les picots ne sont meme pas limés, bref me suis fait arnaquée pour plus de 70 euros dans un paquet chinois, de la tromperie, à fuir à tout prix. peut etre que j'aurai payé ca 2 euros chez site chinois. Maintenant je vais chercher à me faire rembourser, ca va etre dur, alors fuyez à toutes enjambées HELVETUSn une arnaque pour bien vous faire rouler.

The straps were cheap very poorly made copies that didn’t even fit, would not pay for return postage despite me providing photos of how wrong the strap was, ended up having to go through my credit card company. They must have been threatened by them because the refund came through immediately, strap will go in the bin, what a complete waste of everyone’s time!

It’s been two months since I placed my order, and there’s no sign of it arriving. You can’t get in touch with the company; the emails are answered by a robot named Mia, always giving the same canned, automated response. This company seems like a scam.

If you've come to Trustpilot to check Chinavetus's reviews, I assume you've already been scammed.

I got my money back through a chargeback with my credit card issuer. It was very simple and smooth, since Chinavetus has already been reported and branded as a scammer.

So don't waste your time trying to talk to this scammer. Just go straight to your card issuer and open a dispute and request a chargeback. It only takes a week to get all your money back.
