Worst experience with any retailer bought 4 opened 1 package item was ineffective returned all for promised refund even had to drive to US from Canada to do this paid out of pocket for return and now my file is closed No refund! $0

If l could give it a zero l would. WARNING WARNING WARNING this product is nothing more than a fan. Total bullshit. Lawsuit in the making

Absolutely don't buy anything from this company. The product is not working and I've been trying for the last 3 months to get a refund, which I haven't got yet.

DONT BUY FROM THEM…
They are scammers, l emailed them twice 5 mins after the PayPay went through to cancel my order as they made 2 orders go through and now l have paid for 3 of these air conditioners that l don’t want. Exactly, 1hr later they sent me a confirmation email that my order was packaged and ready to be sent out, now this was after l sent the 3rd email to STOP DELIVERY, AND REFUND PLEASE… I have opened a case with PayPal and sent them all the detail with evidence of my emails and times. I always do research, and the one time l don’t and this has happened.

I have just ordered 3 instead of 1 (misleading webpage) and they have also added extended warranty which I didn't ask for. Their email confirmation was almost immediate saying that the items are awaiting courier collection. I emailed them straight away asking them not to send the items as I only want 1 and I certainly do not want warranty. I await to hear what happens next. I will update as and when.......

Ces appareils ne servent à rien. Certains sont défectueux. J'ai voulu modifié ma commande 10 minutes après l'enregistrement, mais elle était déjà partie soi-disant. J'ai demandé un remboursement, je l'attends toujours.... Des escrocs ! Je ne commanderai jamais plus suite aux pubs alléchantes sur youtube qui ne contrôle pas les pubs.

Une belle escroquerie très bien rodée, confortée par la publicité médiatique, qui devrait être eux aussi devant le tribunal...
Honteux, moi j'attends le remboursement de 102€ pour 3 Brezzys que j'ai renvoyé de suite, après avoir vu l'un d'entre eux !!!

Der Hersteller hält sich nicht an die gesetzlichen Vorschriften. Sie bekommen weder Lieferschein noch Informationen über den Hersteller. Es gibt kein Typenschild und keine Bedienungsanleitung gemäß der regulatorischen EU Anforderungen. Die Oribreeze Website enthält weder ein Impressum noch Angaben zum Hersteller. Sobald das Paket geöffnet wird, fällt das Produkt auseinander. Wie das Produkt zurückgegeben werden kann und wie man zu seinem Geld kommt, ist noch fraglich. Die Hotline ist nur englisch bzw. in Amerika angesiedelt. Ich selbst bin auf ein Bewertungsunternehmen welches eine ausgezeichnete Bewertung für ein sehr schlechtes Produkt ausgestellt hat, hereingefallen

UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE - not only do I think I'm going to receive a rubbish product I got caught with the extened warranty £9.99 which I never notice until paypal had made the payment. Contacted Oribreeeze (Commerce Core UAB) within minutes requested a refund. Initially they ignored my request and within minutes stated the item had been shipped and would offer me an extension to the extended warranty that I don't want.

UPDATE - 2 day later after posting this review they repaid the extended warranty.

I would give this product zero stars we bought 4 of them, tried one and it was junk.
We have been trying to reach them to return but cannot get a hold of them by email or phone.
Do not buy this disappointing product.expensive garbage.

I had a similar experience to Stephen Davies. I realized I made a mistake, and immediately cancelled the order only to receive an automated message:
"Sorry too late. Your order has been dispatched." I protested thru their online support system and was told that I had to wait for delivery and then ship back.
The package arrived and I decided to open it.
The unit is very flimsy. Design is also poor. You need to poor water through a tiny hole at the top so it falls all the way through the unit to collect in the bottom reservoir. However, the electronics that operate the unit are NOT properly insulated from water. You get them wet, the unit is done (I opened mine up afterwards to find this out). I got one use out of mine before it was trash. As well, the unit uses this wicking material to draw water. They get moldy. Do you want moldy air being blown towards you? Yuck.

If you want a slight movement in the air, this is the product for you. It will not cool you or the room, with or without the water *eyeroll* If I had only read the reviews. Fool me once, shame on me.

Scam, thin plastic does not work at all, total waste of money please it’s the biggest scam I’ve ever bought do not buy!!!

How I wish I'd checked reviews before ordering! I was in a hurry & ordered 1 x fan at £59.99 which they said was "50% off" (I also had to pay exorbitant shipping), so you'd expect it to be a good product, right?
When it FINALLY arrived, it was badly packed in plastic so the box was battered. The fan itself was small & made of thin, shoddy plastic - it's not sturdy at all & seemed it would easily break. Having set it up & turned it on, I found it was VERY noisy & did NOT cool the air - in fact, the fan speed was pathetic so absolutely no use even as an ordinary (but vastly overpriced) fan. It really is cheap rubbish, I could keep myself cooler just by moving my head around.
Please don't order this, it's sold by an extremely unscrupulous company who have now just scammed another pensioner. I wonder how they sleep at night.

Company advertises on Youtube. I pay by a third party online platform, the biggest in the world. I order at 11 pm and paid. Two minutes later, I realized made a mistake. I immediately cancelled order and received an automated message. "Sorry too late. Your order has been dispatched. I protest thru the online platform system. I am told that i have to wati for delivery and then ship back. The package arrives wrapped in plastic and very flimsy. I ship back and I don't get full refund. I would not buy from this company as they did not give me a full refund or use this company.

SCAM, products are not working. there is no such cooling just a loud fan (50db and louder) that makes your room humid af so the heat becomes even more unbearable due to rising humidity levels

its scam.... i found it on amazon at 37$ canadian, when i paid 139$ can. and i read all these reviews now... its cheap plastic... it works right on you when its close to you... and the water does last long.... scam... i wont waste my time trying to have a reimbursement, and risking loosing my little plastic thing that still refreshes me a little... but i would certainly NOT buy again...

I ordered 3 of this air conditoners after reading the review. I have been trying to contact them on the 15085016410 as it states they are 24/7 and emailed them. I get this AI email from a person named Victor. These people or company are scammers. I hope they get arrested and get what they deserve! Do NOT purchase these air conditioners.

I ordered 2 units - they sent and charged me for 4. I returned 2 immediately, hand delivered by a courier service to their warehouse. no refund. this is a total scam. very cheeply made. Wouldn't cool a small closet. you will never get your money back. repeat: TOTAL SCAM
