Worst company ever not even one star-
There customer service is non existent, they are not keeping there word and you end up paying for a product you will never get.

zero star!!!

Very very bad internet connection. The speed with their 4G home internet is always like 1G, always very slow or non existent. After around one year of use, they changed their pricing, now if you want to refill their 4G speed you pay 25 euro instead of 15 euro.

To make things worse we took an unlimited phone package with them which was supposed to provide unlimited internet at 4G speed. After signing a 2 years contract and one month of use we receive a message saying the unlimited internet at 4G speed is only limited to 100GB download and after that you get a medioc, terrible and unusable internet at 512kb/s. We clearly asked the sale person in their shop if the internet was really unlimited and the answer of course was yes.
The package is still advertised as unlimited 4G internet connection on their website. LIE!!!!!

How can you trust a company who lies, change their pricing without prior notice and offers such bad connection and service!!! One word, stay away!!!!
Orange you lost the trust of your customers.

Client SOSH (Orange France), je me retrouve contraint et forcé d'être basculé sur Orange Luxembourg lorsque je passe la frontière tous les jours pour aller au travail. Alors que des réseaux comme Tango ou Post sont bien meilleurs...
Le réseau en plein coeur du quartier Gare, où se situe mon lieu de travail, est inexistant, on parle quand même d'une capitale européenne ... La 4g pour les rares fois où mon téléphone arrive en capter est d'une qualité médiocre voire absente, sinon de la Edge sera aux abonnés présent toute la journée, super. Les appels téléphoniques sont impossible à passer ou a décrocher neuf fois sur dix, seul les sms semblent tant bien que mal réussir à se frayer un chemin pour fuir ce réseau à vomir.
C'est extrêmement pénible de subir ces prestations d'un niveau plus bas que Terre.
C'est à des années lumières à l'opposée de ce que propose l'excellent opérateur Orange FRANCE, sidérant.

Just trust the bad review here. I should have checked. DO NOT engage this company unless you enjoy paying a lot of money to get pain and trouble in return. They made a mistake in communication that costed me money and time. They didn’t even acknowledge the mistake, deflect it, blame it on me and then just ignore me. Yeah it’s that bad. Don’t do this to yourself.

Service client incroyablement nul, c'est ridicule. Ils vous facturent des frais indus, après de multiples essais d'avoir une réponse compétente (compétence et Orange, deux mots sans lien), on vous dit que votre dossier est sous traitement, même un mois après, les frais sont tj sur la facture, la réponse reste la même: dossier sous traitement. Ensuite le service client vous ignore simplement. Incroyable. Et ceci après avoir été client pendant plus de 5 ans. La domiciliation auprès de la banque est supprimée, je ne paie plus que ce qui est dû et je résilie dès que possible. Fuyez cet opérateur qui était vraiment bien, mais qui est devenu lamentable.

Déja un service lamentable, avec le help desk à 15h55 ce jour, j'indique à 3 reprises mon numéro d'appel , 2 tentatives de la part de Orange, mais pas de communication ??? J'indique que je veux être rappelé et un message m'annonce qu'ils sont à la recherche d'un collaborateur pendant plus de 10 minutes ! ... Est ce la pose café chez Orange ?

1 star because 0 is not possible. Very very unclear communication to take your money. Once asked for explanation, you wait ages to get yet another unclear reply. Stay away!

Worst customer service ever.
They connected the service is august and it didnt work for 6 months and they charged us for it!!
The connection is not that good either.

One of the worst companies ever.

They use traffic shaping to reduce the bandwidth of their users that do not use the big streaming monopolies. Often even the simplest surfing in the internet was not possible anymore.

Furthermore, their service handling contract topics is created such that it is impossible to rid of them again.

Just a modern pyramid scheme.

Single handedly the worst telecommunications company I have ever had to deal with. Over Charged my 80 year old retired grandmother for months after updating her contract without her knowledge, and charged us for 8 months during which we had no service despite assurances that setting up wifi service in our house would only take a matter of days. Utterly useless, avoid at all costs.

This has been by far the worst customer service experience in my entire life. The internet has cut off for no discernible reason eight (!) days ago and I have been in touch with customer service since - to zero avail. It took them a solid day to suggest turning the device off and on again. Another day to suggest a reset - both of which I had already done by then. Went to the store in person 2x. Both times, the issue was not fixed. 8 days into this sh*tshow, they bothered to inform me that there was a wider issue at play that Orange had at that point known about for some days... and evidently didn’t bother to tell anyone. At this point, I am seconds away from going full-blown Karen...

The closing subscription processs is really slow

On me facture 135€ le déplacement d'un technicien pour un problème (on marche sur la tête), je n'ai pas été tenu informer de cette facturation en avance.
Je suis chez Orange car en France, j'en étais satisfait mais à Luxembourg, il faut purement et simplement les fuir. Je cherche maintenant à résilier. Ce n'est plus possible

Je suis chez orange Luxembourg depuis 2ans, je décide de résilier ma ligne mobile qui n’est plus engagé, on me parle de préavis d’un mois alors que je quitte le pays , je ne trouve pas ça normal du tout , bien content de quitter orange .

Service client qui ne répond absolument jamais. Un service par téléphone devenu payant.
Je ne recommande pas cette entreprise.

The worst mobile operator in Luxembourg. Possibly even the worst in the whole Europe.
Their support is either non responsive or rude or they don´t speak English.
Mobile network is oversaturated. With speed test i get like 4 mbps.
Constantly being overcharged with invoices.
At the end i´ve canceled all my contracts with them and moved to Post luxembourg

Un service client incapable de trouver une solution pour une connexion internet qui ne fonctionne pas depuis presqu'une semaine, sachant que le travail se fait principalement de la maison.
Bonne occasion pour mentionner les facturations douteuses régulièrement pratiquées.

The network having issues is one thing, it is technology and this can happen...but what is totally not acceptable is when it is not fixed within the SLA they have implemented. I have been in touch with them (every day) for 2 weeks for my internet connection and nothing happened, they would not even call me back - i called them every day. After 2 weeks i was told they can't do miracles (duuuhhh!) and i have to wait...They should know that receiving a service you are paying for is not called a miracle but just business...
I cannot block my payment because they update their standing orders every month and create a new one (is that even smthg they can do???)
I tried email as well... guess what happened? :) nothing, right.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Phone line does not work for many days and they over charge you.
