Optimum Nutrition UK Arvostelua 

J’ai commandé ma créatine le 30 janvier avec une livraison annoncée en 4 jours. J’ai attendu plus d’une semaine sans aucune information claire.

Après plusieurs emails, on me dit qu’ils vont renvoyer le produit avec un petit geste commercial pour s’excuser. Je reçois même une facture indiquant la créatine + un cadeau.

Résultat ? Encore du retard. Encore des excuses.

Puis, comme par magie, une nouvelle facture apparaît avec uniquement la créatine. Plus aucun geste commercial. Disparu.

En public, ils répondent que tout est réglé et qu’un cadeau est inclus. En réalité ? Rien. Juste des paroles.

Ce n’est pas seulement un problème de livraison. C’est un problème de promesses non tenues et de manque total de sérieux.

Je suis extrêmement déçu. C’est la dernière fois que je commande chez eux. Je change de marque.

When I started training finding the right protein was an issue , tried few other protein powders that was hard to mix and Heavy to drink . But when I tried Gold standard whey protein found best whey protein in UK market, very easy to mix and much easier to drink.
Very good customer service friendly helpful and pleasant staff, I never had any complaint about the product quality and service and on time delivery.

Super fast delivery, next day now! Products are great, lots of choices and flavours to choose from. From a leading nutrition and performance brand, I wouldn’t expect anything else, that’s why I don’t go anywhere else. Been using their products for years and have always got great results with superior recovery. Would definitely recommend if your health, wellbeing, body and recovery are your goals.

I bought the 4.5kg of whey protein so I can have it for a long time, and although the protein itself is of great quality (absolutely the best), the packaging just doesn't seal properly.
I tried it in all possible ways, but it's just faulty and will not stick no matter what. It's a pity, because now I have to use other ways to close it and it's definitely not air-tight. You should review your production line because something is not working well.

My order hasn't arrived, I ordered it a week ago!

The product was recommended for its benefits and effectiveness but I have to say why on earth do they need to put an electric blue colouring in it? Adding silly colourings for no benefit? Don’t think I can use it as it contains this which I had no idea about when I purchased.

Second time buying from Optimum Nutrition. Easy ordering from website, fast delivery, quality product.

Ordered Optimum Nutrition on the evening of Friday 23 January and was really impressed with the speed — shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

The tub arrived completely sealed and intact, with a great expiry date (almost 2 years). I ordered the Extreme Milk Chocolate flavour: there’s a very slight sweetener taste, but nothing overpowering, and the overall chocolate flavour is actually really good. Mixes well and goes down easily.

Very happy with both the product and the service — would definitely order again.

Loved the Different flavours option and specially the quantity Options .

My order, which was scheduled for delivery on Thursday, 22/01/2026, has still not reached me. I would like to highlight the issues I have faced so far:
Thursday:
I was informed that the courier could not deliver my order as “no one was present.” This is incorrect. I live in a student accommodation with a 24/7 reception, and no delivery attempt was made. I also did not receive any call from the delivery agent. I was then notified that my parcel had been redirected to a collection point nearly 50 minutes away from my address. After calling customer support, I was told the parcel would be redelivered on Monday.
Monday:
I waited for the parcel, but instead received another notification asking me to collect it. When I contacted customer support, the call was disconnected after a long wait. I called again, and after another delay I was informed that the delivery driver had not picked up my parcel for redelivery on Monday. I was assured the matter would be escalated and the parcel would arrive on Tuesday (27/01/2026). However, today I received the same collection email once again after which i called the courier again and they said the goods are now being returned to sender.

I tried Optimum nutritions help desk number but the automated voice told me that they have suspended calls and i should email them. I have sent but 2 emails and i have not gotten any response on their end whatsoever.

This experience has caused significant inconvenience and highlights major issues with communication, delivery accuracy, and customer support. I request that this matter be investigated urgently and that my parcel be delivered to my address as originally scheduled.
