Poor product quality, Shaker Bottle logos came off affter two handwashes in cold water...Spend your money elsewhere. Tried to support them as a brand but don't bother.
Bought a couple of their shaker bottles. After a couple of cold hand washes (not dishwasher), the logos on the side started coming off. Should've just bought no brand versions and saved me 80% of what I spent. If I had known their products were of such poor quality, I could've spent much less on generic no-brand shaker bottles. Tried to support them as a brand but that's my fault...
When they finally did get back to me, they said they couldn't help me because i didn't purchase from their website and asked me to contact their third party complaints team to provide them with all these details?!

-Batch number and time stamp (preferably photo of the batch)

-Summary of complaint

It's a lot of work to justify why their bottle is poorly made. So in short, no I won't be spending more time chasing nothing and just won't be purchasing from them again.

DPD have not delivered
DPD have not delivered, you have not replied to emails, no working phone number. Have reached via FB and insta and no luck getting hold of anyone. Looks like I will have to resolve via my bank. Company has been useless

The 4.5 kg bag does not reseal - been 10 days no response from Customer Services
I ordered the 4.5 kg resealable bag of protein from Optimum Nutrition, but the bag I received does not reseal at all. I even tried removing the protein stuck around the zipper to see if that was the issue, but the zipper simply won’t close.
For a product that costs over £120, this is extremely disappointing. The resealable feature is important for maintaining freshness and convenience, especially for such a large bag.
What makes the experience worse is that I contacted their support team via email and it has been over 48 hours with no response. I expected much better customer service from such a well-known brand.
Overall, very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.

I love these protein powder!! I’ve bought the vanilla Gold standard Isolate and the Whey cookies and cream and the flavour is absolutely delicious 🤤 it mixes smooth as well. And oh delivery was fast.
