I had horrendous problems with my…

I had horrendous problems with my application for my booking in that I could not make contact only through chat
Please please give me a contact number
In the event of further problems during my holiday
It said to confirm the flights before they could complete booking
I feel it should be On The Beach to complete all booking
I do nee transfers which it didn’t include
We a two very old people and I Had to ge my daughter to complete the booking too complicated

Thank you very much for your feedback and we apologise for the difficulties you experienced during your booking process. We are pleased to confirm that your booking has now been successfully confirmed.

Regarding contact, we understand that reaching us only via chat can feel restrictive, especially when you need quick answers. Our live chat is designed with a virtual assistant which helps by asking a few quick questions to understand the nature of your query and then routes it to the best team member faster. While this automated step can sometimes feel complex or frustrating, it is intended to reduce waiting times and get you to the right person as quickly as possible. If you continue to need direct assistance, you can simply head back to the chat, select the options that closely match your issue, and the virtual assistant will ensure your query is transferred to an agent as soon as one becomes available.

If you require to add a transfer to your booking, you can do so directly through the "My Bookings" section with a new post-book transfer journey. This process allows you to select a transfer option and pay upfront at the moment of adding it, which improves the payment collection experience and reduces operational follow-up.

Should you require any further help whilst on holiday, our In Resort team is available 24/7 via WhatsApp.

Clean and friendly but if you like good food... its a NO.

Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Room was vericlean, well maintained rained with a comfortable bed.

The food...... I want to start by saying, we are absolutely not fussy eaters, very easy going.

Breakfast... GOOD, you will always find something.

Lunch- not good. Awful.

Snacks?! The worst I have ever experienced. A few pots of pasta, cold burgers and a microwave to heat them .... it really was awful.

Dinner.... oh Dinner..... Dinner Dinner Dinner.... a lot of fish... the protein options were very limited and tasteless.

Our apartment was very badly lit up at…

Our apartment was very badly lit up at nighttime, with steps and ramps to negotiate, put next door to young crowd of youths with music playing loud. We complained at reception and they gave us the only apartment available with 2 single beds, as a married couple we were not happy at all, Dirty apartment not cleaned properly.no microwave in kitchen.

Great website and prices

I only found out about this website a few months ago and this is my 2nd holiday booked, no faults with the booking i found it very easy to use, lets hope the trips are as perfect like the website .

I could not book assistance for…

I could not book assistance for airport! said you have to do this one month before, found this very flustrating as I have COPD and would very much like to have assistance. Our flight is booked for 28th Sept
