It was my first time booking with On the Beach, and I found them very helpful fulfilling on my requests. I certainly would use OthB again when I decide to go on another holiday.

Booking seems pretty straight forward. But that doesn’t mean your booking is confirmed though they have taken your payment , as they are third party middlemen and could cancel your booking the closer it gets to your date m. In my case I couldn’t reach them on the phone as they only want to be in a web chat or WhatsApp message that only give you a dropdown list. And they was no help when I wanted to change the name on my hotel room booking. There are many sites that guarantees direct bookings and much better Customer service. Never again !

Great website really easy to use and book the perfect holiday

Location excellent, staffs brilliant and service top notch for such a small family run hotel.

Terrible lack of humanity

Unforeseen circumstances meant that my parents had to cancel their holiday due to being hospitalised with a serious condition. My parents are elderly and had been saving and looking forward to this holiday for a long time. When they spoke to on the beach, they were met with hostility and a total lack of empathy to their situation. They were told not only were they not allowed to transfer their holiday, but they weren’t even entitled to a partial refund! As a family we have found this very upsetting and surprised that nothing more could be done.

I do not recommend this company as if anything goes wrong, they simply do not care.

We tried on numerous occasions to contact this company regarding a package Holiday to Dubai.
Due to the ongoing war and the fact the hotel we was supposed to stay in was bombed.
We felt it was unsafe to travel to the Middle East in the near future.
We asked to cancel the holiday...not one person ever contacted me personally...
To even offer to take the money I had already paid to credit it to another country.
Instead they ignored me until August then they finally cancelled the holiday and kept over £500 even though we requested a full refund.
Disgusting behaviour towards disable and vulnerable people!
They should be reported to watch dog and investigated.
I'm sure we are not the only ones this has been done to!

I would not travel with anyone else, the payment plans, the holiday options and above all the staff are amazing, so helpful and accommodating. Just returned from my 4th holiday with on the beach over the last few years. Will definitely be booking again for summer 2027

I have always booked with love holidays friends told me about on the beach so said I would try it and booked a holiday i had a issue with checked bags got in touch and a lovely girl named caitlan got it all sorted great job to all the team at on the beach ⛱️

I didn't confirm flights in the first 30 minutes. So I had to do it the next day. This took me about 20 tries. This was stressful and took up so much time. I was regretting booking with on the beach. I should have booked independently.

It would be nice to be able to check in 1 or 2 bags without having to check in for all passengers especially with kids
