I tried to book and didn't complete it at first , and I had a lot of trouble trying to find out , if I had completed it . I eventually checked my bank account , and my seat selection with Ryanair , and found that I hadn't completed my booking . I started all over again and it went very smoothly . I didn't like the bots efforts though , when I was trying to sort it at first . Once I realised I hadn't booked and did again I was very pleased with how smooth it was .

Thi is my first time using On the Beach. Everything so far has gone smoothly from the search to the booking.I left it late to book my holiday and i did not think I would get much choice. I was pleasantly surprised with the choice. Flights ,transfers and Hotel all confirmed. The fun begins in about 2 weeks hopefully all goes well.

After a little incident with Ryanair we were good to go
Despite booking our seats in advance, Ryanair somehow managed to triple book them, considering it was my mates birthday having our first part be a rather large screw up wasn't great. The rest However was brilliant, the hotel was lovely, location was good, no short cut to the beach however which was a bit inconvenient. We enjoyed it and it was close enough to the strip that we were there within 15 minutes but far enough that we weren't bothered by noise. The 'my favorite club's service was very good value for money, the room was lovely and well suited for the three of us.

Izmir to Dublin Horror
My Trip to Kusadasi started off great. Stayed at the GoldenMoon Apart Hotel. It’s been updated since my last stay. Holiday went great until my return home to Dublin. The Dublin Customs took ‘ALL’ my clothes I had bought for myself, my kids, family & friends. Completely Gutted and ruined my return home. I didn’t think it was an issue bringing back clothes from Turkey. They made me out like a Trader and I was doing something wrong. It has really set me back financially and now I will have to start all over again with my Xmas shopping. I hope this helps someone else that may be traveling from Turkey to Dublin in the future. The fact they can take your clothes off you is disgraceful.

If I could give 0 stars I would,
I booked a holiday with this company and there was an error with the surnames on my booking, 2 of my passengers had been put down with my surname instead of their own, I tried to rectify this but was told it would cost me £300 to change the name…. Since then I’ve tried numerous times to contact this company but no one ever gets back to me…. I refuse to pay an extra £300 when the fault wasn’t even my own, now they want £1500 to cancel the holiday completely
The company is a complete joke
I will never use them again…. Be prepared to be ripped off,
**They can reply on here sounding genuine and sincere but it’s not at all what it said in private emails…

Clean and friendly but if you like good food... its a NO.
Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Room was vericlean, well maintained rained with a comfortable bed.
The food...... I want to start by saying, we are absolutely not fussy eaters, very easy going.
Breakfast... GOOD, you will always find something.
Lunch- not good. Awful.
Snacks?! The worst I have ever experienced. A few pots of pasta, cold burgers and a microwave to heat them .... it really was awful.
Dinner.... oh Dinner..... Dinner Dinner Dinner.... a lot of fish... the protein options were very limited and tasteless.

Our apartment was very badly lit up at nighttime, with steps and ramps to negotiate, put next door to young crowd of youths with music playing loud. We complained at reception and they gave us the only apartment available with 2 single beds, as a married couple we were not happy at all, Dirty apartment not cleaned properly.no microwave in kitchen.
