replied to advert for fee gift. Gift arrived and worth about £4. Next £11.99 a monrh was being taken out of my bank account via paypal. Complained to paypal and onthtass who said I had signed a contract. This is a very clever scam so be warned

Just a scam. They suck you in with a free trial, then try to take monthly payments. Cancellation is virtually impossible as they have no phone number. Most of their email addresses do not appear valid.
They tell you that you cannot cancel for 7 days which does not comply with UK law.
I cancelled the agreement with PayPal and then received confirmation from the company that my membership had been terminated.
Just AVOID any dealings with this company

If I could give them a -10, I would. They are scammers! I was promised I would receive a free bra and knickers, I received them and now they are trying to charge me £13. I don't even understand why I was subscribed to anything! Their customer service is awful! There's no way of getting in touch with them. They have no phone, contact e-mail, they don't reply on social media. They claim you can contact them on their website, it's just a bot, which is a joke.

JUST DON'T. You'll be signed into a subscription with a demand for 30 days notice to cancel therefore meaning you pay for another set of boxers. Unless you dig into the small print terms like 'cancelable monthly' are used. No emails received pre delivery so no reminder to cancel. Don't bother trying to email and explain as you'll get the hard line. Check out the Advertising Standard authority ruling in 2023 for the same practice then and look at the ruling by the Dutch for Consumers and Markets. same kind of ruling about hidden messaging. Complaint forwarded to the UK's ASA again. Just search ON THAT ASS complaints in Google and you'll see pages of the same kind of complaints. Not clear what you're signing for, difficult to cancel, poor customer services. And all of a pair of £12 boxers. They're only OK as well, nothing to shout about. Step one are better if you're a large build

I cancelled my £12.99 a month subscription. £12.99 a month is a rip off just for a pair of kickers to be posted through my door.
Then I've had to give a month's notice and payment of another £12.99 for nothing.
After a few declined payments within the notice period, I got threatening emails saying if I don't pay £12.99 for the notice period then my account will go to a debt collection agency.
That's no way to treat customers. A very ruthless and Assy business. Avoid at all costs

Be careful, scammers!
There was a free gift for 0,99 euro offered for some other internet service. It resulted into a subscription with the monthly payment which i would never do in sound mind. Probably there were some unreadable letters somewhere, which all people don’t see as i see from other reviews. Their products are terrible quality and design, absolutely useless. No customs service, no replies, unsubscribe function doesn’t work, they only demand payment by emails.

i clicked for a pair of boxers for my husband to try for £0.99 i thought why not. they are only worth £0.99 ... they go baggy very quickly and only lasted three washes... i cancelled subscription and i was charged full price for another 2 pairs of useless pants... nice pictures rubbish quality! wouldn't recommend. better to go to primark where you pay the right price for pants that last more than three washes. feel let down and scammed

No customer service, no contact information, no way to cancel the abo, no delivery.

Very unsatisfied and feeling scammed.
I got the free set, nice, fast delivery, paper box. Low quality hipster but usable. Bralette didn't fit. They have long deadlines for returns (I think to stall you and make sure you enroll in the subscription). I waited for the date to ask a return for a bigger size, couldn't change enven though they had 3 different options for fit in the dropdown menu.
Sent and email, got slightly different information from the employee than it said in the website. Got a return of a same size with defect - therefore unusable. Got one bigger size bralette, also doesn't fit. The XL does not even seem to be a C-cup.
In the end, it was a complete waste of time and energy, not satisfied with the products for fit or quality, and probably they will still charge me at least one month (even though I cancelled within the trial period).
Let's see how it goes but I feel I'll keep having problems with them as they have no option to delete bank details or the entire account. I require the full deletion of my data!

What a scam. Get offered a free gift, and it not only is not a free gift, but a subscription. And then this useless scam won't honour it anyway.

Ik heb een gratis boxershort gekregen en daarna zit je ermee vast. Zonder dat te melden. Dus geen gratis exemplaar vragen.

Update 02.07.2025: Kündigung & Entfernung Zahlungsmethode wurde automatisiert an mich gesendet, als ich per PayPal in der Rubrik Zahlungen die Lastschriftvereinbarung entfernte.

Wichtig: E-Mail-Adressen des Unternehmens sind support @ onthatass.com und paypal @ onthatass.com. Die sind technisch gültig und erreichbar. Die zweite Adresse hat der unseriöse Händler aus NL bei PayPal hinterlegt! Es gilt: Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen, da u.a. die Website technisch bis dato in Sachen Kundenprofil nicht nutzbar ist. Hinweise an das deutsche Unternehmen "Wettbewerbszentrale" sind ebenfalls erfolgsversprechend.

Ursprüngliche Bewertung:

Das Unternehmen ist unseriös, bietet keinen vernünftigen Kundenservice an und es besteht keine Möglichkeit das sog. Probeabo via Website/Kundenportal zu kündigen. Die Schaltflächen funktionieren nicht, ebenso ist das Anmelden auf der Website nicht machbar, trotz diverser Kennwortänderungen und Zurücksetzungen. Es werden viele rote Fehlermeldungen angezeigt und auf meine E-Mail reagierte bis dato keiner. Die niederländische Festnetznummer habe ich noch nicht angerufen. Hände weg von diesem Unternehmen!

I signed up in April after seeing their promotion to receive a bralette and bottoms the first month for free. We are now in June, no free set and no sign of the 1st month’s bottoms either.
I emailed in May to be assured that the ‘free’ set would be with me within 7 days…..still not arrived and we’re now in June.
Chased on 3rd June to be told my paid for set would be with me by the 23rd (keep in mind they took £12.99 payment for this in May!)
I’ve still not had a sensible answer about the free set that lured me into the subscription.
It takes days to get a response from customer services and every after requesting a refund for a non-existent item, they say they don’t offer refunds. Absolute scam, they just want your money.
BE WARNED
I requested an account deletion and they hold your payment details even after they have deleted your account. Be very careful giving them your bank details as they’ll never get rid of them and the reason given; ‘to prevent fraud and someone opening an account in my name’ Luckily I used PayPal and my payment was protected by them.
I have had contact with the following ‘customer service agents’: Lisa, Noa, Isa, Hieke, none of which have helped me over the past 2 months. You are NOT having anymore of my personal information. Your company is a scam.
I submitted an account deletion request and a very rude email was sent to me by Hieke who still didn’t answer my question on where my products were, but did managed to tell me that you would still be holding onto my payment details.

Absolute scammers! They make everything in small letters to sign you up as long as possible and charge you for absolutely low quality lingerie made of plastic

They are scammers. I bought an article on fressnapf.de and they told me I got a gift for my purchase. It was an on that ASS boxers. I accepted the gift. Nowhere it said that I was going to be subscribed to their products and that I had to pay 3 months mandatory. This is not the way of selling your products on that ass!!!

I would like to per direct cancel my membership without receiving any last payment as I cancelled well within the reflection period. No "end soon" I want it to say "terminated", "finished" "cancelled"

Achtung Abo falle.ich habe ein Bild online gekauft und einen Boxershorts gratis Coupon Geschenkt bekommen.
Danach wurden mir 11,99 Euro am Ende des Monats abgezogen und ich habe keine 2 Boxershorts erhalten aber dafür ein Abo. Vorsicht betrug.
