Je souhaite résilier et c'est d'une complexité monstrueuse! Pas de service client, un vulgaire chatbot. Ils font tout pour continuer à vous pomper votre argent... Je cherche également à supprimer mes données et mon compte mais ils m'en empêche en me disant que j'ai un mois à payer pour un envoi prévu en juin dont je n'ai ABSOLUMENT PAS BESOIN!!!

I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I signed up for a pair of free boxers (stupid of me, of course), and a month later I was charged 10 euros out of nowhere (they were not free after all). I tried to reach them to cancel the fee, but it was impossible. In the end, I had to cancel my card to avoid any other unauthorized withdrawals.

Scammers. I have never asked for a subscription, They take money from my account without any authorisation.

Do not sign up! They will ignore your cancellation. On That Ass is a total subscription trap. They make it impossible to leave. Despite having a written confirmation from their staff that my membership was ended on March 26, they are still trying to charge my card a month later.
When confronted, they play dumb and say they have 'no record' of it. I’ve had to block them at my bank and report them to the Consumer Protection authorities. If you value your peace of mind, do not give them your payment details.

De plus, j’ai voulu me désabonner, mais ça me proposait une promotion de 50 % sur l’envoi suivant que je n’arrivais pas à sélectionner et après échanges avec le service client qui m’a fait tourner en rond, pas de promotion, j’ai reçu un kit en plus. Et bien sûr, j’ai été débitée … J’ai recontacté le service client, leur demandant si on pouvait trouver un arrangement et que je leur renvoie ce qui était reçu après ma demande de désabonnement et que j’étais pas très contente plus aucune réponse. On that ass per me non si è dimostrata come una truffa vera e propria, perché appena mi sono arrivati i boxer ho annullato l'abbonamento CREATO DA LORO! Se invece si aspetta, ti addebitano pure quello prossimo, e poi è un casino cancellare. Io, furbescamente, dato che ho letto le recensioni, ho collegato una carta usa e getta con il valore di 5 euro, in modo che non riescano a prelevarmi soldi per il mese prossimo. Concludendo, il prodotto non è malissimo, sicuramente però non vale 9 o 11 euro, questo è sicuro, penso di trovarlo di identica qualità a 1 o 2 euro. STARE LONTANI PER SICUREZZA!!!

On that ass are a company without humanity or compassion. Despite me telling them i was canceling due to lack of money they refused to drop the extra month. Because i had no money in my bank account they tried 3 times to take it until my universal credit came in and they took the money i needed to use to pay my bills. Thanks for the underwear, hopefully i can burn it to keep warm.

You know the bracelet scam abroad? They put a “free” bracelet on your arm and ask you money after. This is exactly the same but not for couple of quid but for tens maybe more. SCAM.

I had a very frustrating experience with OnThatAss.

I cancelled my membership, but despite this, I continued to receive orders and was still charged. It turns out there is a “one-month notice period”, which is not clearly communicated during cancellation. Because of this, I was charged again and received products I did not want.

Even worse, after I initiated a chargeback through my bank, they started sending me invoices and adding extra reminder fees, which feels very unfair and aggressive.

This kind of subscription system is misleading and not transparent. Customers should not be charged after cancellation in such a confusing way.

I do not recommend this service. Be very careful before signing up, as cancelling does not immediately stop charges.

Very disappointing experience.

This company is the worst at delivering and resolving issues. They would claim that your order has been sent to you. But you have no means of tracking or confirming their claims. The next thing is that they'll demand payment for an order you never received. Once you complain that you never received the order, they'll ask you to pay so that a replacement can be sent. If you refuse, they'll hand your details to a debt collection service, and you'll be accused of owing them over £50 for what they never sent out of their imaginary factory. What a business idea! The relentless calls and emails will rage-bait you to act. But here's the worst part: No human communication channels! Everything is through a silly chatbot that doesn't know how to resolve live issues or update on your order. It's a shame these guys operate in this country.

ich habe mich registriert um eine boxershorts für vierzehn tage ausprobieren zu können.
ich habe also meine kreditkartendaten eingegeben und alle anderen daten.
doch ganz am ende des prozesses, hieß es plötzlich, ich könne keine weiteren gratis-boxershorts bekommen.
ich dachte, das sei ein fehler, denn ich habe noch nie etwas von dieser firma gehört, bis ich auf das gratis abgebot gestoßen bin.
ich wollte mich dann noch einmal registrieren, aber da hieß es dann, die email sei schon registriert.
also habe ich versucht mich anzumelden, aber das ging nicht. jedes mal sagte es passwort oder benutzername falsch. der versuch über passwort zurücksetzen ging auch nicht, da war klar, das ist ein SCAM.
aus anderen bewertungen ist bekannt, dass diese firma jetzt versuchen wird, mir monatlich geld abzubuchen und ich weiss nicht was ich dagegen tun soll.
bitte kauft nicht bei diesen leuten.
