Complete subscription trap – Do not give them your card!
​"ON THAT ASS" offers a free product just to gain access to your banking info. Once subscribed, canceling online becomes nearly impossible because their dashboard redirects you to pay fake pending fees instead of letting you unsubscribe.
​Customer support won't help and will just claim you agreed to their terms. Save yourself the stress: do not sign up, and if you already did, block them directly through your banking app!

Kwaliteit is net voldoende, maar prijs is enkel leuk wanneer er 1+1 of iets dergelijks is. Prijs kwaliteit is echt beneden maats.

What an absolute scam this company is. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Their subscription plans are diabolical to cancel and their customer service is of no use.

I tried the free trial and wanted to cancel immediately after. Now I am being forced to pay £12.99 for a month's notice fee for a delivery I haven't even received. This billing practice feels incredibly predatory. Please cancel my account and waive the fee.

Signed up for the Free trial boxershort, which arrived through my letterbox as advertised. Mind you by signing up you automatically subscribe for the paid version.

The print looks like decent quality. But after 2 washing cycles and wearing it once there is already a hole in the seem... so i cancelled my subscription. Hopefully they wont keep charging me as other reviewers mentioned.

They give you a free pair (an offer) which is good however if u want to cancel your membership (which I couldn't since the first order I did didn't even come lol) you must cancel 1 month in advance which makes no sense then after if u do cancel they say you must make "a new payment for some new pair" even though you might not want anymore and they just pester you sending emails spamming about payments even though you may not want them they insist which you cant do much about. The free trial stuff is a scam personally don't recommend

I do not recommend buying any subscription from this company.

After receiving my first pair of male underwear, I got notified that I had a payment due and that I could not cancel my subscription until the amount (around 12€) was paid. So, I paid it and received an email confirming the cancellation of my subscription.
The month after this situation, I started receiving emails from the company about a fake unpaid sum of money that equaled a month's worth of their subscription. They are trying to charge me after I successfully canceled my account, sending multiple emails in an attempt to fear monger me.
They seem to use legal loopholes and grey areas to enforce these predatory business tactics. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company.

Avoid like the plague if you don't want to be messed around. They will attempt to trap you in subscription cycles, not send products you've paid for, and send you threatening emails when you try to cancel/block payments

​1 - Non-respect du droit de rétractation (Article L. 221-18 du Code de la consommation).
​2- Obstacle au droit de résiliation (Article L. 215-1-1 du Code de la consommation).
​3- Facturation sans contrepartie (Article 1235 du Code civil).
Sans compter l'envoi répété de mails vous demandant de payer votre soi-disant abonnement sous peine de frais supplémentaires de relance et d' indemnité forfaitaire de recouvrement.

Sachez que l'indemnité forfaitaire de recouvrement est strictement encadrée par la loi.
*Article L441-10 du Code de commerce. Elle ne peut s'appliquer que dans le cas de relations commerciales entre professionnels. Des vrais charlots!!!
Quant aux frais de relance (sic) ils ne peuvent être exigés qu'avec un titre exécutoire emis par un juge
*Article L111-8 du Code des procédures civiles d'exécution.
Voilà, vous savez l'essentiel de cette entreprise aux produits chers et médiocres, ainsi que de leurs pratiques condamnables.

Scamming and con-artistry. This company signs you up illegally to a subscription service without you being aware of the fact; they illegally retain your financial data from your payment for postage and then use it to rob you blind. They seem to have little or no understanding of English. Perhaps they speak double Dutch? They don’t seem to understand the words ‘customer service’ or ‘free’ and many others that might help them to be polite, helpful and efficient. Being based in another country that gives them no right to avoid the consumer rights laws of the UK or even of Europe. Beware these scammers!

Currently embroiled in their aggressive means to take a final £12.99 from me. I was scammed by the 'Free' pair offer and realised when a random payment came out a month later that they had actually signed me up for a subscription. I immediately cancelled (30 days+ notice) and they said "oh no no no, you got to pay 1 more time because of the hidden T's & C's". I declined that view and removed my paypal details from the site and emailed them again. Even with 1 month notice, they just keep saying "You got to pay". I am half tempted to pay it on my Amex, then call Amex and issue a charge back to claim my money back. I'm still in the middle of emailing them, so, let's see if they will delete my account or double down the stance. either way, I will not be losing any money. Their pants are also uncomfortable and genuinely trash.

Complètement d'accord avec tous les avis. Si je les avais lus avant, je me serais abstenue.
Anarque totale. Fuyez.
Soi-disant gratuit pour finalement vous harceler à payer 1 mois d'abonnement.

Ben zeer ontevreden over Onthatass, het bedrijf is niet te bereiken, je wordt constant ge-emailed met aanmaningen maar je kunt niet reageren want “NO-reply”. Ik heb in april jl. een gratis boxershort ontvangen omdat ik bij Lidl iets besteld had. Pas later werd me duidelijk dat er een abonnement aan vastzat (hoe zo gratis boxershort ??). Ik heb me eind april jl. meteen afgemeld, ook voor de socks die ik ook “gratis” zou krijgen. In de bevestiging van de beëindiging door OTA staat niets vermeld over een opzegtermijn dan wel een bericht dat de opzegging plaatsvindt onder voorbehoud dat alle betalingen zijn gedaan. De bevestiging van de opzegging door OTA is naar mijn mening onvoorwaardelijk. Ze hanteren een opzegtermijn van een maand maar over mei heb ik geen enkele bestelling ontvangen. Wel begin juni via de bank een incassobericht waaruit bleek dat het om de levering van juni ging ? Hoezo, het abonnement was volgens hun e-mail toch per eind april geëindigd ? Ik heb naar aanleiding van diverse betalingsherinneringen het bedrijf een brief geschreven naar hun eigen verzendadres. Daar heb ik niets op terug gehoord, wel bleven ze herinneringen sturen en weer een paar dagen later de mededeling dat er kosten zouden worden doorberekend cq. dat de vordering zou worden overgedragen aan de incassopartner.

Ik ben niet van plan te betalen voor bestellingen die ik niet heb ontvangen. Mijn abonnement is per eind april geëindigd ! Het zijn agressieve boefjes, nooit mee in zee gaan !

very bad experience with onthatass there is totally scam i request them 6th of may and they send me nothing get payment two time from my bank account and after one month cancellation membership they send stuff. i mail them to resolve my issue only one time they reply me after i ask them for refund they didn’t reply me.

Abonnement automatique caché après l'offre gratuite. On m'a prélevé 12,99 € alors que le produit n'est pas expédié, et le service client est introuvable sur le site pour annuler et rembourser.

I have signed up to other company's for a free trial.. they actually send reminders so you can cancel..this one...we will hold your details and won't allow you to cancel till you make a payment.. disgusting!!!

They trick you into a subscription and you have to pay at least for a month and you cannot even get a refund for the product .. only a return.
