Tres semanas esperando y no envían los productos. Se excusan diciendo que tienen muchos pedidos y que me contactará la empresa transportista. Los mensajes que les escribes en Instagram para preguntar por el pedidonlos borran aunque seas super educado y solamente preguntes cuando esperan enviar tu pedido.

Si tenias pensado comprar en esta tienda al ver sus productos recomendados por alguna influencer no lo hagas y ya de paso deja de seguir a la influencer de turno por falta de honestidad al recomendar productos que les regalan importandoles nada lo poco profesionales que son y el mal trato que dan a los clientes

Pésimo, una marca solo apta para publicidad por influencer, no conozco a nadie todavía que no tenga un verificado que haya ido bien con sus productos, después de 8 días esperando que me enviaran el pedido tube que pedir 3 veces que se me hiciera el reembolso, añadir también que venden sin tener stock, puesto que la explicación que me dieron al porque mi pedido tardaba tanto es que no tenían stock, que si no tienes stock, lo normal es que pongas en web agotado, no que vendas sin ton ni son cosas que no tienes. previa reclamación en paypal, nada recomendable, nunca volveré a comprar

He comprado varias veces en ÔNNE y sinceramente no puede haber marca que más me guste. Cada prenda es excelente, tanto bikinis como ropa de deporte. Todas las prendas básicas que necesitas en tu armario !!

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a positive note here either.

Two months ago I ordered 3 sets. When two weeks later still nothing was in my mailbox, I promptly received an email which confirmed that the bikinis would be shipped within the next two weeks, early enough to bring them on my vacation.

Sadly, this did not work out. instead, I got an email that a top, which I had already paid for!!!, was sold out and it would take some days until they were back in stock. Now they gave me 3 options to choose from:
- send the items which were ready for shipping and send the missing top later
- wait a few more days and then it would all come together
or
- choose another item

As my 3-week vacation was already over, I decided to wait.

Surprise - one week later I again received an email from management, that I had to choose a different item after all.

I am still waiting for my bikinis...

Now they asked me for my passport nr. for their shipping company, which I think is very suspicious.

Still hope they will arrive and be worth the wait, price, and inconveniences.

They did arrive, after a long wait.

+ They are very cute and comfortable. I like to wear them as they are flattering.

- Sewing work is not the best, there are some loose threads and unsightly seams.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA!

Compré un bikini tres semanas antes de mis vacaciones y nunca me llegó. Ni se encargaron de darme una solución. Les tuve que escribir en el muro de instagram varias veces para llamar su atención! Un horror. Pasé un mes y medio sin saber si me devolverían el dinero porque no me daban ninguna solución, solo largas! Y luego varias chicas me empezaron a contactar por instagram que por lo visto estaban igual. Vamos que no era la única! Creo que tuve muchas suerte porque al final después de rogarles por email, DMs, Feed en IG me acabaron devolviendo el dinero casi 1mes y medio más tarde. No vale la pena, no paséis por este engorro!

Io e una mia amica compriamo due costumi: la parte sotto di uno non è mai arrivata, l'altro era da cambiare. Decidiamo di fare il reso. Da lì spariscono completamente, non rispondendo alle mail. Quando facciamo notare i nostri diritti (rimborso entro 14 giorni) ci propongono di risolvere con una telefonata (per non lasciare tracce per iscritto). Per fortuna avevamo pagato con PayPal, abbiamo aperto una controversia e siamo stati rimborsati. Decine di esperienze simili nei commenti su Instagram, cancellano sempre tutto. Brand specchietto per le allodole e truffa bella e buona. Statene lontani.

Terrible experience.

I've ordered a swimwear 2 months ago and is not arrived yet. I've written several emails without any resolution.
They answer after several days writing that the problem is solved but nothing has changed.

I'll never buy anything else from this brand.

Terrible experience, I really recommend not using them, there are plenty of other good businesses you’d rather give your money to. It took weeks for my order to arrive and when it arrived, the items were wrong. After several emails I received my order and I’m quite disappointed both by the cheap quality, totally not worth the price, and the sizing is really off. I understood they don’t provide returns.

I saw plenty of people commenting the same things on the Instagram page, stressing they ordered and received no reply after weeks, but they are periodically removing all negative comments. I understand the difficulties with the covid situation (some items of the same set had “made in Spain” others “made in China”. I believe it’s all made in China, hence the wait), but they should really inform the clients on the website before they make a purchase, and not keep selling items which have been out of stock for weeks, promising next day delivery. Really shameful!

No tienen stock de la mayoría de cosas que venden (aunque esto no lo indican), por lo que puede tardar meses en llegarte, no contesta los emails y las tallas son minúsculas, la más grande (L) equivale a una 36. Muy caro para lo que es, no merece la pena. Ahora entiendo por qué tienen bloqueados los comentarios en Instagram y denunciados sus hashtags. Además, no devuelven el dinero si quieres devolverlo, solo se puede cambiar talla o color.
