I've used spreadsheets since Lotus 123 to now. Mostly sheets, and this one IS reliable and easy to use. I think for most users, this application will have all the features and functions you would need. The user interface is not identical to Excel or WPS or any of the others. But it is intuitive and you'll be using it very quickly

Really awful program. It didn’t save the changes in my 370 pages manuscript. Thanks God I have a copy in USB. The document froze and all the text was gone. Some words were repeated twice and together in a row. It didn’t allow me save the changes on the document by saying the document was “read only” when in fact it wasn’t. After using it for two days, I just had to delete the application from the computer.
I won’t risk losing all my work of three years and the copy edits I’m doing now for “OnlyOffice”

After multiple requests and being given the runaround, someone from their company finally came out and told me that although their web site says they are ISO27001 certified, they hold no such certification. It's a fraudulent marketing maneuver.

Anyone who intentionally lies about their credentials cannot be trusted in your business environment.

I am wondering if anyone has been a part of this Jan 12th no longer having access, being forced to go to their new platform. Not giving you access to your clients information. This has been horrible experience and all they continue to do is sell me things and are very rude. like they hold the keys to the ship and they know it.

(The Enterprise solution is even worse.)

It's a software FULL of flaws. The code is not optimized at all. Documents sometimes don't even load at all, or take more than 3 minutes to fully show on the screen.

Enterprise:

After paying more than THREE THOUSAND dollars on an Enterprise license, the support focuses on getting access to my files instead of fixing the issues "To reproduce the issue." However, despite them informing that they are working on it, the issue seems never fixed. The support is also limited to 10 requests, once you've reached it, they wash their hands.

I've lost countless documents at this point just from it freezing and refusing to save when I try and close it. Not to mention their absolutely useless file recovery. It does absolutely nothing, just saving empty files that I didn't need, meanwhile the 7+ pages of writing gone.

Docker images are crap, DEB install is crap

Installing scrips not working well, creating a mass on server, so much "bloatware" ONLYOFFICE just use free software making it work somehow and reselling it....

not worth a penny. There sould hire linux experts that know how there software works.

So many request and there dont know how there own software is working. Data Privacy is a joke, if you installed "there" Plugins you need to remove them by your own. All Plugins sending data to external companys

It looks on the surface like a decent alternative to M$ Office, but the reality is that is too unstable for me.
Crashes without warning, not backing up new documents causing me too loose a lot of work.
A shame, but back to Libreoffice.

We have buy multiple (multiple times) licenses with sales (due too amount)

Know after 2 Years of use no one want to sell this license again and no one is answering!
License are already expired and user can see license error! NICE!!!!

No Trust in this sales team anymore!

I really wanted to like ONLYOFFICE, but over the past few days of use I have encountered multiple crashes. The document I'm working on disappears and a notification pops up telling me to use "save as..." to save a backup of the document. The "save as..." doesn't do anything at this point in the crash. The most recent occurrence was a crash during my progress towards completing a crucial paper for a college course. I lost hours of progress. According to some other forum posts, this isn't a new bug. Great word processor when it is working. Unfortunately for ONLYOFFICE, I'll take reliable and safe over buggy and risky every time. BEWARE!

Ever since I tried this App, I've been called everyday by foreign numbers in order to speak to me trying to sell things. In EU this goes against GDPR rules!

You can find everything you need with OO.
It has free and trial version to try the soft, it provides every piece of editing in one app, so you can easily switch between your documents.
You're able to have your own server so your files will be well-protected.
Also OO is cheaper than the other software.

There are many useful tools and solutions making your business easy to manage. We haven't met any big problems for three months, but we think they can improve interface and fix some non-critical bugs.

At first, I doubted in quality of this product, but they have 30-day trial period and after it's expired I decided to purchase it because I found the tools and options very user-friendly for me and my team. There haven't been any big problems or issue with OnlyOffice for two months. I recommend this product for everyone who wants to manage his business effectively.

I found myself absolutely happy with the tool. What is good is that it combines a number of services in one. I use it mainly for project and docs management. CRM is also helpful. I would recommend it for any type of business.

OnlyOffice is a worthy product. Firstly, I tested the free version. Very satisfied with it: intuitive interface, no bugs. And customer support is superb. Their responses are quick, informative and professional. The software exceeded my expectations. I bought this product and highly recommend it.
