I can’t get a refund, my cousin used this app one this and it charges me 1,990₱, I need the money for medical purposes but I can’t do anything about it, pls let me know what should I do😟

Deceiving subscription practice! They offered P349 for one month which I am okay with, since I only need it for 1 week. To my surprise, I was charged for 3 months! That was NOT shown in the checkout page. I reached out to the support team to ask for a refund for the 2 months that were billed, and they refused to refund me despite sending a screenshot of the checkout page indicating that it's for one month only; no mention of 3 months or the total amount for 3 months. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. Mind you, when you send an email to their support team, there's no automated email to indicate that they've received the email and no ticket number, so you can't follow through!

I have used the product free for over five years with no issues, I had no demands for payment or files corrupted or files lost in that period. It always opens files easily with correct formatting from other formats. It is the best replacement for Microsoft Office and totally free to use with free cloud backup. Highly recommended.

Too many background processes that will re-open automatically every time, even if the cloud service and the main app is closed. Around 300 MB of ram usage with the app and cloud closed, this is BS.

Customer care is not existent whatsoever.

Will definitely look for a better open-source alternative.

Mi sono spariti dei documenti ( tutti caricati nell ultimo mese, ho pagato perché dicevano che facendo l abbonamento pro potevi recuperare anche i file persi a causa di un loro " crash". Ho pagato per niente
1) i file sono irrecuperabili
2) non hanno assistenza tecnica
3) ovviamente non mi fido più ad usarlo, ho perso settimane di appunti universitari.

I used to use the free version. Could not get it to insert hyperlinks into a word document. Also, you know get constant pop up ads to upgrade to a paid version. Uninstalled and went back to Microsoft 365, which works

I signed up for the free software and after installing it, I found out it free for short trial period. I then signed up for the WPS Pro 2-Year Plan

Total payment today: USD$79.99 A few days later I was billed again for the same software $46.99. I could have signed up for Microsoft word for much less. I contacted them to see if they would drop the second charge. I am not hopefull.

I purchased the software as well a the premium AI addition. All worked fine and the software is quite good. Then I had to reinstall Windows and when
I reinstalled the WPS software, my paid versions were gone. Wrote to support and they said they can't find my subscription and cut off all communications. Terrible customer service -stole my money!

No response to refund request for Order #2990-3356 - 4 days of silence I purchased a subscription by mistake on March 9th and requested a refund on March 8th (before the charge was even fully processed) via feedback&wps.com I haven't received any response in 4 days. The platform is not user friendly, it always pushes to take up the subscription to utilize even a simple element.

dont make the sneaky mandatory install everytime we just want to share a file with someone else that dont have WPS, its bad faith and is taking advantage of less tech-savvy people.

dont make the install redefine all file default apps.

This software automatically takes over opening Office files and images when installed alongside other software. Uninstallation is incomplete, leaving behind the right-click menu and associated files, causing Windows icon errors. The experience is terrible.

Une étoile parce que je ne pouvais pas noter moins. Je vous fais part de ma très mauvaise expérience avec l'application WPS Office, en effet j'ai souhaité tester l'offre d'essai gratuite de 3 jours mais en payant 6,49€...ça sent déjà la grosse patate, il fallait juste se désabonner avant l'échéance. Je modifie un document Word et il me manque l'illustration de la première page lors de l'impression, impossible de solutionner mon problème. Je décide donc de me désabonner (à partir de mon compte GOOGLE) et étant débité le lendemain, je décide de réclamer mon remboursement. Et là, on m'annonce que j'ai choisi la version la plus onéreuse, et bien sûr, sans période d'essai, donc je ne serai pas remboursé ! Alors que je n'ai fait que suivre les instructions pour bénéficier des droits d'utilisation de l'application.Cet éditeur est un escroc qui a bien rodé son business en induisant le consommateur en erreur. FUYEZ!!!
