Extraordinary fees
Nothing went wrong, but I cannot belief the eye watering fee you charge for deleting my bereaved wife from our documents. Life is hard enough without her, then LR cashes in. Extraordinary!

Good morning Paul,
Thank you for your review,
We are very sorry to hear about your experience and the distress this situation has caused. We fully appreciate how important this matter is, especially given the circumstances you’ve described.
To clarify, OnlineLandRegistry.org.uk is a private, independent administrative service that assists clients in preparing and submitting HM Land Registry documentation. We are not affiliated with the UK Government or HM Land Registry, and this is clearly stated across our website, checkout pages, and Terms of Service before any payment is made.
Our Conveyancing Pack includes professional preparation of the required Land Registry forms, administrative checks, and tailored guidance through the application process. This fee is separate from HM Land Registry’s own statutory fees, which apply only to direct applications handled personally by the applicant.
In your case, the documents were prepared, verified, and dispatched in line with the 48-hour service you selected. As the service had already been completed and the documents delivered, the order no longer qualified for a full cancellation under our Terms, which comply with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 36).
If you would like us to review your case again and see whether a further goodwill resolution can be offered, please email Enquiries@onlinelandregistry.org.uk quoting your reference number. We will ensure it is personally reviewed by a senior member of our team.
Kind regards,
Sophia

Total con
Total con. You can buy the exact same thing from the real official site for a fraction of what these people charge. They took £61 from me for something that costs £24 on the genuine website. They hide behind a .org.uk domain to look legitimate, and I fell for it — but don’t make the same mistake. They are not official. They are not genuine. They are exploiting people.
Stay far, far away from them.
