It's a scam. I hastily paid for a title plan not even realising I was on the gov website. Didn't receive what I asked for. 25 quid gone.
Email the 'info@' address and emails bounce back.

Do not use!
This is a third party website and they charge 5 times what the government website charge for a Title Register. Unfortunately, they are showing up on the first page of a Google search and appear official.

Should have been more aware that this was a third party website and not the official registry website. It looks very official but it isnt took £84.00 off me but have cancelled card and now waiting for Barclays to raise dispute with the company. Hoping that they dont send the right documents so I claim my monies back. Avoid at all cost. Lost use of two cards over this very very very annoying.

It's a scam site.

The site you want is is the gov uk land-registry.

Sent me house details of the wrong address. avoid using their service.

As others have said, search for the .gov.uk Land Registry and you will pay £7 instead of £50'ish - this company is NOT the government!
I've managed to avoid all the other grifting websites - but I guess I'll be sharper next time.

I am normally quick to spot scams but this looked professional until I saw the charge on my bank account Lands Registry and they have sent me nothing even though I paid for fast track service. Their address in Bolton is a street that shows barbers etc but not them they seem to be in Dubai. DO NOT USE!!!

This was the top result at the time for a Google Search I did for "Land Registry UK".

It uses a very similar font and colours to an official .gov.uk web site and although there is a disclaimer, it is right at the very bottom of the page. The disclaimer is: "This is an independent service and is not affiliated with HM Land Registry or the UK Government."

I feel that this is a deceptive web site that over-charges for a service that costs £7 from the real .gov.uk Land Registry web site. They charge £49.90. I imagine all they do is do the search online themselves by paying £7 and pocket the £42.90 difference.

This kind of web site preys on the unwary and inexperienced.

DO NOT USE. Requested a title plan and register, they sent the one for a property two doors away. No response at all to email requesting they correct the error, doubt I will get anything on cancelling the order and demanding money back. More fool me, I did actually think this was the real Land Registry.

Paid £60 for a conveyancing pack which I never got. Totally thought I was dealing with gov.uk website. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. No idea how I'm going to get a refund.

Looks like I've been scammed-should have read these reviews

Do not use this website, they charge five times the amount of what you can get elsewhere, for example on propertychecker.co.uk
Absolutely disgraceful company who make out the they are affiliated to the government but they're not they're just thieving *****.

This is a fake scam website that impersonates the official land registry website and charges extortionate prices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This is a scam, it’s not a genuine email address. DO NOT USE THIS LINK.

Keep away from these charlatans. This is a total scam. Charged 25 for title-deeds when gov site charges 7.
Didn’t realise it was a fraudulent company until later. They wanted to charge 149 for a “manual search” for title deeds.
Would give 0 stars if I could.

I feel scammed by this service and feel violated.

I paid £67 believing I was using an official HM Land Registry service. The moment I completed payment, I realised this was not the official government website and immediately went to HM Land Registry, paid approximately £14, and received the exact same documents instantly. I cancelled the order with this company straightway. This happened all writhing minutes!
The company refused to refund me £67.
This company provides no value and charges 357.14% higher price for exact same service as HM Land Registry's uk. The documents are publicly available directly from HM Land Registry instantly but at a fraction of the cost.

This companies website name, presentation, and prominence in search results create a misleading impression that it is an official government service when it is not.

When I requested a refund, it was refused.

I strongly advise others to go directly to HM Land Registry rather than using this service.

Appalling this company is charging double what the government official Land Registry charge, I did an internet search and up these pop. Top of the list! I paid £25 for a £7 charge. This should not be allowed it’s a total rip off company getting rich on the back of customers who don’t realise they are not the governmental land registry. Fuming….

Scam - don’t fall for it like I did. Purchased a title register and then never received it. Asked for a refund and have so far been ignored. Do not use!

Ask
For the titles for my house. They sent me details for another property. I informed them of this and still insisted they have given the correct details. I had a screen shot of my order and a screen shot of what they sent. Still said its correct then asked to give them my titles so they can re do. I request money back but they are refusing as they have delivered the info I request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Avoid this company at all cost. Promised immediate download, then it was 24 hours, then it was no deadline and we should be asking for more money but we'll do this without extra costs. Tried cancelling it when they missed the 24 hour deadline but they refused and then what they sent was nothing near what was promised or needed. Plus, they are way overcharging. This is not an official branch of the land registry. Go to the gov.uk site - avoid these scam artists at all cost.
