The pump on my dog fountain was not working. I contacted customer service by email. They answered very quickly, sent me a video to help fix the problem and offered to send a new pump. I followed instructions on the video and the problem was resolved. Great customer service and support! I’m a big fan!

Couldn’t find the proper charger cable after 3 attempts I wrote the company.. They were more than helpful. Wonderful support!!

I purchased 2 - 3.5 L Wireless OneisAll Water Fountains.
One worked.
One did not.
The only non working part was 1 Water pump
I was also short 2 Filters.
Olivia from customer service was very easy to work with to fix the problem
I received a new Water Pump.
At first it didn't work because I didn't realize that I needed to use the SAME connecting tubing between the motor and the water pump.
I was given 6 filters to replace the 2 missing filters.
I love the ease of the Wireless Water Fountain.
I enjoy the 2 modes of timed and intermittent Triggered modes.

Great Product and Service provided by One-is-All. I really love their pet grooming clippers and accessories and they can groom the thickest pet hair with no worries. I had a small issue and their customer service repsponded immediately and sent me the replacements blades I needed (even though it was my fault). They were knowledgeable on the correct blades I needed and had them shipped straight away. Thank-you.

Extremely Professional, and Very TRANSPARENT...

I had a defect issue with the fountain I received regarding the actual fountain. Andrea went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was very helpful from the beginning and sent me a replacement. I would order again from this company due to the customer service and how they handle issues.

Delivery took a bit longer than expected, which is understandable and acceptable during the busy month of December. I am extremely happy with my Oneisall cat feeder. Since I spend a lot of time away from home, this feeder has been a true lifesaver. It not only provides healthy, well portioned meals for my cats, but it also calls them using my recorded voice, which is a wonderful feature.

The large 5 liter capacity allows me to stay away for longer periods without worrying about my cats being hungry. I would also like to highlight the excellent customer support. Andrea from the support team went above and beyond to help track my package and assisted me every step of the way throughout the delivery process.

I 100% recommend Oneisall to anyone who truly loves and cares for their pets.

the first shipment failed to arrive at my location and was returned to the shipper but the customer service was very helpful and helped me out by resending the goods i ordered

Don’t order. Buyer beware. This is a foreign based company who feels they don’t need to respond to customers. They have a D rating with the Better Business Bureau for a reason. The reviews posted are from internal employees and are completely false. Look into this company carefully online and you will find hundreds of negative reviews for them. Do not buy, you’ve been warned.

I have several Oneisall dog clippers and I recently asked for some replacement blades. Olivia took care of my request in a kind and professional manner. The turn around time was fantastic. Olivia sent me the tracking information and let me know what to expect. I am always impressed with the customer service I receive when I contact Oneisall and it prompts me to shop for and purchase other products I may need all because of representatives like Olivia.

Andrea was extremely helpful helping me with a return. The 7liter watering dish was huge and too big for the small area that we feed/water our lab. The return charge was going to be about the same price as the sale price that I paid. They offered 20% in place of the return. A side note loved the product

I have used my clippers on my doodle mix for years and have been very happy with the product. As of late, the blades just don’t seem as sharp making the job take longer. I reached out to Oneisall customer service and was put in contact with Sue. Sue was prompt, courteous and most helpful! A complete new clipper set was sent to me at no charge. What a great company, product and stellar customer service. Thanks again Sue!!

Nach 1 Jahr erfolgreichen Benutzung hat der Futterautomat nicht mehr Funktioniert. Daraufhin wurde mir kostenlos ein neuer zugesendet. Super Kundenservice und gutes Gerät, bis auf den Fehler hatten wir nie ein Problem und die Katzen hatten immer Futter.
