They stand behind their 2 year warranty and replaced my cat feeder free of charge when it decided to stop working. Andrea helped me and my kitties get back on track fast with no BS ;) and was a pleasure to deal with. I’m a customer for life!

5 Stars for Andrea! I had an issue with battery in water fountain and wasn't sure how to resolve it. Andrea provided outstanding support—she was patient, clear, and went above and beyond to make sure my problem was fixed quickly.

I had a question and when I first called, I left a message. Vicky called back immediately. She sent me an email to show a video, as I thought I had an issue with the lid of the automatic cat feeder. I then had a very prompt response regarding the video, from Andrea, who was also very kind and professional with the clarification and the explanation. It turns out I was not doing it correctly. I thought the lid was hinged when in fact, it snaps in and I thought the hinges had broken.Best customer service encounter that I had in a very long time. I would recommend this company 100%.

Our dogs love their water fountain and it has been working great. Oneisall customer service is great and friendly as well. We didn’t get the filter replacements with our order but they sent us more than what we needed when we contacted them. They fixed the issue promptly. Thank you, Andrea, for your help!

Great customer service, responded quickly, and took care of my concern. My hose had a hole in it, and the CSR sent me a new one and checked with me to ensure it arrived and worked correctly. A+ service and the groomer is the BEST!!! I have 3 dogs of different breeds, and it provides me with what I need for each with the many attachments.

I received the cat fountain missing a few filters. I reached out and Andrea was able to help me promptly and they sent not only the missing filters, but extra. The fountain works great and my cat loves it. Very happy with my experience.

I purchased the 3.5L cordless smart water fountain and was having a problem with the filter light not resetting. I emailed support and Olivia responded with an answer that fixed my problem. I then noticed my fountain was shutting off when it was not in use for a period of time. Once again I emailed Olivia and she immediately had a replacement sent out. I received it in two days time. I have been very pleased with their quick responses and their willingness to get the problem solved quickly.

I ordered 3.5l water fountain with 11 extension filters, It came very quick in perfect condition but as I discover (via customer servis) rest of filters were shipped separetly, customer servis (Andrea) was nice, profesional and help me very quick, overall I am satisfied and would recommend.

J'ai eu un problème de connexion bluetooth avec mon distributeur automatique de croquettes acheté auprès de cette marque, problème qui a surgi soudainement et a empêché de me vérifier que la distribution se déroulait bien auprès de mon animal alors que j'étais en déplacement. À mon retour, j'ai contacté le service client qui a pris au sérieux mon problème, m'a proposé plusieurs solutions qui n'ont malheureusement pas fonctionné sur ma machine, pour finalement me renvoyer un nouveau produit.
