I emailed the Oneisall about my clipper stopped working. I am so thankful Oneisall company understood my situation with my pet paw clipper. They immediately email me back asked for my address to replace the pet paw clippers . I appreciate good customer service coming from them.
I am hoping others will purchase this item for their fur babies.

I've purchased a grooming kit, yet, I do not received the shipping number automatically.
After contacting to Customer Support, they let me know all the details, even I am not asked for :D
Andrea was really flexible and prompt, and even, my product arrived before Christmas (thanks to the shipping company as well).

I had purchased a Dog Water Fountain but after receiving 1 thought I wanted to return it for another Model. Andrea asked me more details on what my needs were and got back to me multiple times. We exchanged emails 3 times and I now have exactly what I needed. This was a very refreshing experience. She was fantastic!

I am satisfied with the customer service because when the package arrived, it was almost completely open and part of the contents had been stolen. I immediately wrote to customer service and they responded promptly helping me by reporting the contents that had been stolen.

Since a problem with the clipper, Andrea greatly helped me with the situation. Thanks a lot.

Great customer service, I missed putting a coupon in when checking out, I emailed customer service and they responded within 24hrs and credited my account.
Fast response time and having a name (Andrea) at the bottom of the response adds that personal touch.

The customer support and service is hand down one of the best I've seen. Always there to help and find a way to resolve the issue you're having. Even if it's something related to just information, hardware side or parts. Andrea (the agent I spoke with) clearly asked for details and presented solution so I can choose from what would resolve my issue. Clear, fast communication helped. It's nice to know that if you buy a product, the support is always there!

First experience was not so great as they sent me a broken unit, however, customer service reacts quickly and proceed to send me a whole new unit. I guess everyone makes mistake, and it is hard to find that kind of customer service outside of big box retailer these days.

Unfortunately, my dog passed away so I no longer needed the clippers, and when returning they offered me great deals. And ended up even saving me the hassle of returning the item and giving a whole refund. How great is that!? Andrea rocks!

First of all, I chose Oneisal over kitty spout because its ordering process was straightforward and the price was good. The other company cost more and promised discounts, but never made them accessible.

When I ordered my new cat fountain, I mistakenly ordered two. Andrea in customer service caught this and contacted me to clarify. When I told her it wasn’t on purpose, she immediately canceled my second order. What a relief! I’ve never had anyone in customer service be so helpful!

When my new cat fountain arrived, I got it ready for use (washed it, charged it, filled it, and set it up, only to have it not work (oh no). I contacted Andrea again, however my son stopped by and tried it again and lo & behold—this time it worked! (Must not have pushed it hard enough.) Andrea contacted me again after I had let her know it was working.

All in all, nice compact water fountain, fabulous customer service.

Great product and great customer service! This company has stellar customer service. My dog has an automatic pet feeder and water fountain. They are both awesome and were priced right. If you’re thinking about purchasing from this company, make the purchase.

I ordered the Cat Water Fountain PW04 a few months. I was looking for a stainless, cordless fountain. This one delivers! It's easy to clean and set up. The cats love it!

I am so glad I chose oneisall to be the company I ordered my automatic cat feeder and water fountain from! They have an awesome support team. A lady in particular named Andrea has been a lot of help to me. My automatic feeder arrived on time but the water fountain wasn’t there, so I emailed the support team. Andrea replied and let me know that it was running behind. She gave me an option for 6 free desiccant bags or a 20% refund on my order if I was fine to wait. Great customer service and I definitely recommend this company to any pet owners! I should mention that the automatic feeder has been working great as well.
