Once I was able to show proof of purchase Andrea sorted out a motor replacement. I bought my Oneisall dog fountain in November but the motor suddenly stopped working properly. If you have a problem, contact them, they answered all emails in a timely manner and now my replacement motor is on the way.

I have a cat feeder, water fountain, and grooming vacuum, and overall I am very satisfied with all of them , especially with their fast and responsive support service. My water fountain had an issue during the warranty period, and after contacting support, they quickly sent me a replacement device. My cats are happy again :D
Just one suggestion for future products: the blade quality of the grooming razor could be improved a bit. Grooming is usually very stressful for my cats, but with this device I can easily do it myself at home at a convenient time for them. It may not look as perfect as professional grooming, but for me reducing stress is much more important, and I am getting better at it ;D

Ich hatte von oneisall einen Pet Trimmer im Juli letzten Jahres 2025 bestellt und erhalten. Leider war die Hauptklinge nach wenigen Monaten (ca 10 mal insgesamt benutzt) nicht mehr nutzbar. Ein Schreiben an Oneisall erreicht Frau Sue, die mich sehr freundlich bat, meine Unterlagen einzureichen, um die Garantie einzulösen. unmittelbar nach Einreichung der gewünschten Unterlagen schrieb mir Frau Sue, sie werde sich umgehend um Ersatz kümmern. Von meinem Schreiben bis zur Zusendung des neuen Gerätes vergingen knapp 8 Tage. Frau Sue schrieb mir sofort und teilte mir den Versand mit. Alles unglaublich fleißig und hilfsbereit. Ich kann dieses Produkt deshalb weiterempfehlen, weil der Kundendienst hier oberste Priorität genießt (für mich auch wegen dieser Sachbearbeiterin). Auf diesem Wege herzlichen Dank!

Sue and Lydia are Oneisall heroines doing all they can to get you help for the product a dog vacuum clipper kit. My clipper stopped working with all heads and Oneisall replaced it promptly and smoothly. Sue kept up with me until Lydia had to take over and get me a new clipper from the China plant, as the solution since the US plant had none in stock. It took much less than two weeks to get it to me. I recived it today and am very grateful to Oneisall and Sue and Lydia for outstanding customer service. I love this clipper set. Thanks so much
