Bad quality and long delivery time
The order was already suspicious. I never received a confirmation or billing, they just charged me. On top express delivery was 20€. Still it took two weeks to arrive.
The quality of the chain is bad. It actually broke at first wearing.

Bonjour,
Cordialement,
Service Client Onecklace France

Great Customer Service
Purchased a 23 necklace for my daughter and the chain broke months later. I contacted Onecklace about purchasing a replacement chain and they were very happy to offer a solution and made the transaction as smooth as possible. We received the replacement necklace and my daughter is so happy she is able to wear her 23 necklace. I will definitely purchase from Onecklace again great customer service and they offer a nice jewelry selection

More precious than just a necklace.
Just the idea of having a product from Israel is great, but knowing it benefits Christians working in the Holy Land makes it a true treasure. My wife loved it! Thank your wife for all you do!
