Very pretty
Very pretty! I love how delicate it is and I was very lucky picking the right size ahaha
The product itself came with no issues, good quality, I don’t know if you have a box option but if you don’t, it’s a nice option (not a gift box, just a cute box around the tiny bag). I would totally buy it again.

Bracelet chain broke after 6 months and customer care said it’s out of warranty and wanted to charge me $25 USD. They only give 90 day warranty so definitely a warning for anybody looking at buying. Product is pretty cheap. I’ll just get a new chain from here in Australia and add some charms on. Won’t use again and urge others to look at the negative reviews as opposed to the fake 5 star ones

Upset
Was so excited and waited quite some time even though it wasn't personalized . When it came was very disappointed with the quality. It cost a lot and feels like a ten dollar necklace . Tried to return it and was told they take a 30 percent fee for returns. If it was personalized I understand . Very upset

Avoid
Avoid – poor quality product and extremely stressful returns process.
My fiancé purchased a personalised necklace (around £380) as a gift. Unfortunately, it snapped within one week of normal wear. After contacting the company, responses were slow and inconsistent, and we were asked to return it for repair.
After going through the time and cost of returning it internationally, the repaired necklace broke again within a few days.
We then requested a refund. Initially, a partial refund was offered, and it took multiple messages to agree a full refund. After returning the item (which was confirmed as delivered), we were then told that the full refund would only be processed if we removed our Trustpilot review — despite a full refund having already been agreed.
As we had already spent a significant amount of time and effort resolving this, we felt we had little choice but to remove the review in order to receive our money back.
Although we did eventually receive a full refund (including postage after further follow-up), the entire process was lengthy, frustrating, and unnecessarily difficult. We also had concerns about being advised to declare a lower value for customs when returning the item.
Overall, while the refund was eventually issued, the experience caused considerable stress and took a significant amount of time to resolve.
Based on our experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

We are very sorry to hear that your experience was frustrating.
While issues with personalized jewelry are rare, we understand how disappointing it is when an item does not meet expectations.
Our team did attempt multiple resolutions, including repair assistance and ultimately a full refund, including return shipping costs. We regret that the process felt lengthy and stressful for you, as this was never our intention.
As small family business handling custom made items, certain return and customs procedures can sometimes require more time than expected.
We appreciate your feedback.
