We’d like to clarify that your order was shipped using standard international shipping (7–10 working days), as selected at checkout. This timeframe refers to working days only, excluding weekends and public holidays. During the holiday period, U.S. customs processing and carrier operations experienced significant slowdowns, which extended transit times beyond the usual window.
Regarding freshness, our panettone is a fully artisanal product, naturally leavened and shelf-stable, designed to maintain its quality throughout transport—even when delivery takes longer than expected. That said, we completely understand how disappointing it can be when timing interferes with travel plans or special occasions.
We’re sorry that this impacted your enjoyment and that you had to leave part of the product behind. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve both communication and service going forward.

We really enjoyed the Panetone from Olivieri1882. We gave it as gifts and everyone agreed that it was delicious.
Our only complaint...which was out of Olivieri 1882's hands was the time it took to receive it from Italy. There was a delay at the docks and the Panetone reached us after Christmas....
