Promised internet to be fixed in 1 day, it’s been already 5 days and nothing. Support doesn’t say anything, it’s impossible to reach the technical team and get any approximate timeline. If you want to be without internet go to oliv!

He estado en esta tienda y Iulia me ha atendido muy bien, he tenido problemas con mi antiguo operador para las portabilidades de mis líneas de móvil, y ella ha estado pendiente paso a paso de cada gestión que se tenía que hacer.
Muy contenta con la atención y el trato recibido. Voy a recomendar está compañía, por qué la contratación ha sido un acierto total.

Used Olin. Had 5 euro a month phone bill to keep my number

Visited Thailand.
My number was not activated on my phone.

Got a bill for over 100euros from them. From people spam calling me that I have been paying for 2 months

How is it possible for me to get spammed called and have to pay for it.

Month of feb 2025. 7 spam calls. 35 euro.

Each spam call that comes in 5 euro I pay.

Basically Robbery. Don’t go with Olin.

Go with the more mainstream ones. These guys are a joke.

El punto positivo de la conexión es que al menos los 1000MB de velocidad que prometen son reales. El problema que tienen es que cada 2 o 3 días, siempre llegada la noche entre las 22 y 2 de la mañana, deja de haber conexión o el wifi va lentísimo incluso conectado por cable, que es como lo uso yo.

Its the most unqualified mobile data and telecom service.

IT NEVER works outside of Spain. Even if I write emails and call to inform that I will be traveling the service fails. They shut everything of. Not only mobile data but also the possibility to make any phonecalls whatsoever.

The customer service say they shut down to protect! WTF that's whats dangerous. They should send a message first and question any unusual activity.

It takes full days to get the service activated and you will be in full custody of the use of someone else's phone in order to be able to try and activate.

DO NOT buy this service if you want to feel safe!

I tried to return the router 34 days after the contract ended. They won't take it and I've been charged 120€. Meanwhile l wanted to have a new contract with them in my second home and they won't let me use the router l paid for. They asked me to buy a brand new router. None ethic nor moral. Shame on you Olin. Never again.

Atención al cliente nefasta. Cambiaron la compañia de Olivenet a Olin, ofreciendo mejores tarifas pero me dicen que solo para nuevos clientes, los antiguos nos quedamos con peor servicio y pagando más. Hemos estado aguantando porque no llegaba ninguna otra compañia de fibra. Ahora llegan más y me quiero cambiar de compañía, pero me cancelan la portabilidad porque supuestamente mis datos no son correctos cuando están exactamente igual que las facturas de olin. Cada vez que llamo a olin me dicen cosas distintas y contradictorias. Llevo 2 semanas y 4 portabilidades canceladas. Espero que se solucione rapido.
No os recomiendo esta compañía para nada. Encima cada dos por tres hay cortes de servicio y puedes llegar a estar 2 días sin línea movil ni fibra sin ninguna explicación, porque llamas y o no te lo cogen o se lavan las manos.

En su momento cambian las condiciones del contrato de la que fuera de Olivenet, sin que yo firmase el consentimiento, y ahora pretenden cobrar las facturas desde que me di de baja.

Trying to contact Olin.es via Chat. After their answer asking how they can help, I ask for help, but nobody answer. I asked to be called back, nobody called.

With out any question - the worst Company I have ever worked with ….. been out internet for 2 months now - finally they change the fiber cable …. But it is still not working - now they say that the problem is in a Block number 32 on my street - and they dont have a key for that building …. So I am still waiting ….. and offcourse still paying my monthly fee ….. without recieving any signal

OLIN, otra vez 24hs sin servicio, el corte se produce por la tarde y hasta el día siguiente por la mañana no resuelven la incidencias, dejando a un barrio entero sin acceso a internet

Terrible service! I’ve never experienced such poor service before. They have deceived me! They made promises, and every week when I call their customer service, they promise to get back to me, but no one ever does. I’ve been dealing with issues regarding my router for the past 4 months, and I still haven’t received it, yet we’re paying for everything. This is a SCAM company!

Me gane en un sorteo internet gratis con olin, me lo fueron a instalar y hasta ahí todo perfecto.
Lamentable por temas económicos me tuve que mudar a otra provincia, fui a la sucursal para trasladar el servicio a mi nueva residencia en murcia y desafortunadamente no llega el servicio, por lo que la única solución que me dio el vendedor de la tienda era devolver los equipos por no tener la cobertura, lo cual me pareció lo más razonable. Pensé que la historia terminaría así. Pero resulta que hace una semana estoy recibiendo constantes mensajes y llamados de textos diciendo que debo pagar una penalización de 120€ por no permanencia del servicio, lo cual lo encuentro insólito porque no se me informó nada, el servicio me lo gane en un sorteo y lo tuve que devolver porque fue la recomendación de ustedes como empresa olin porque no llegaba el servicio a mi nuevo hogar. Insólito, no Dan soluciones
