The company excellent but delayed delivery . Date kept being put back and also day out for delivery 6hours late as it was not put on the van for 11 am delivery . Always delivery on time with previous purchases. The 2 delivery gentlemen very apologetic . Delighted with purchase as always so happy ending

Poor packaging/efficient remediation
The vase i ordered on line from OKA arrived in a large box smashed to bits. It had not been packed securely. Very disappointed. But acknowledged and handled promptly and efficiently by the Customer Services team advising that a full refund is being processed.

I bought an oval dark rattan tray to tidy up bits n pieces on my coffee table. The tray looks beautiful, very classy and sturdy. The staff in OKA Fenwick Newcastle were extremely helpful and friendly. The products are beautifully displayed. A good experience overall.

Ordered 2 item for Christmas gifts
Ordered 2 item for Christmas gifts, one was a pre order for delivery after November 21stso both items were scheduled for delivery after that date which suited me fine. I got an email saying that the items were ready being passed for delivery at the end of October, some 3 weeks before I was expecting so I contacted customer service to see if they could be delivered closer to the original date but was told that was not possible. That, I think, is poor.

High quality product, quick delivery, and great logistics provider.
I bought a storage ottoman recently, and I am over the moon with this piece. It is very well made, robust, lots of storage capacity and versatile.
The delivery time was extremely quick too and I particularly appreciated Oka’s outsourced logistics provider who carefully brought the furniture in, unpacked it and were really polite and respectful of my home too.
Really great service and I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Sloppy delivery and product allocation
The delivery guys didn't have a knife or scissors to unpack the boxes. What happened to the white glove service? They were sloppy and didn't come across a professional.
I ordered 6 chairs and recieved 6 boxes, but there were 2 chairs in each. So I had to arrange for the 6 extra chairs to be collected and be home to meet them. Clearly the warehouse has some stocking issues.
