All very nice things. A little in the expensive side but regular discounts mean I them make a purchase of a few items I wouldn’t normally do.
Delivery is sometimes a little slow

I absolutely love my lamp shade. Classic and class, beautifully made.

Only issue we had was at point of paying, as two payments were taken which resulted in a few calls back and forth but we were reimbursed eventually

Arrived on time , delivery men very good and apologised that the packaging was damaged - sustained in the warehouse not in transit to us.

The lamp is exquisite and the delivery, albeit a tad expensive was super quick and very well packaged.

As ever a great trip to Oka to look at some chairs. Friendly and helpful staff, but also allowed to browse in a relaxed way and ask questions as we wished.
The store is beautifully laid out and it is always a pleasure to visit.

I was under the impression that I'd ordered three cushions, instead of which I received one cushion cover only. Very disappointing!

I called in to buy some lovely green glasses that had been put aside for me and decided to buy a diffuser for my friends birthday . The staff went out of their way to be helpful and even offered to gift wrap the diffuser which they did beautifully using gorgeous paper and ribbons.
I left a very happy customer 😄

This was my first time shopping with Oka for some years but having found the perfect floor lamp for my needs i was disappointed to find the the delivery cost was much more expensive than some of the other floor lamps due to the fact that the lamp itself was more expensive,i can’t understand this as it did not weigh more or be any bigger than the others so a extra £20 delivery seemed excessive ,i thought the £30 fee was a lot but £50 was extortionate ,due to this i was torn and nearly went with the white company which offered free delivery ,however my heart won and the lamp itself is gorgeous and the actual delivery itself very efficient

The cushions are excellent quality , the perfect colour and a good price

Didn’t delivery by 6 days. Customer service not proactive and disappointing. Delivery driver (dpd) ignorant and rude. Packaging damaged on delivery - when it was eventually delivered. Expect much better from OKA. Had issues with deliveries from the White Company and Liberty previously. They handled this so much better and turned a disappointing situation into a positive one. OKA didn’t and I’m not sure if I’ll buy from you again.

Unfortunate two of the items delivered were damaged. The table had a stratch on it and then no longer in stock to replace. A large mirror the glass was broken.

However customer services were very helpful and offered to collect and replace the mirror immediately. They also offered some compensation if we kept the table,

The Knutsford shop is always welcoming and the staff very personable. Just a small spur of the moment purchase on this occasion but size doesn't always matter.

The efficiency of the service was good. I will also add that the knowledgable conversation was greatly appreciated from expat Canadian visiting home.
