NYX Cosmetics Arvostelua 

Meine Bestellung wurde ohne Angabe von Gründen einfach storniert. Die Zahlung hatte ich bereits geleistet und warte nun auf die Rückerstattung. Für mich wirkt das sehr unseriös – besonders ärgerlich ist, dass zum Black Friday groß geworben wurde, obwohl die angebotenen Produkte offenbar nicht ausreichend verfügbar waren. Ich werde dort künftig nicht mehr bestellen.

Upon using for the first time...the colour on application is hardly visible...no matter how much more is applied...much much lighter than the compact colour's show...its going in the bin...

Ich habe den Brow glue crazy lift getestet und bin begeistert! Er hält bombenfest den ganzen tag. Das einzige negative ist der Applikator, mit dem es etwas schwieriger ist eine Form zu ziehen... das Produkt hätte bisschen größer sein können. Aber im großen und ganzen eine 7,5/10

Ich habe den „Brow Glue The Crazy Lift“ getestet und ich bin begeistert! Durch die integrierte Bürste lassen sich die Augenbrauen perfekt formen. Zudem kommt nicht zu viel Produkt raus, weshalb die Augenbrauen auch nicht verkleben. :) Das einzige Manko ist nur, dass beim ersten Verwenden das Produkt nicht so einfach rausgeht.

Réception de produits qui n’avaient rien à voir avec ce que j’avais commander à la base, le service client a été complètement inutile, qualité même pas correcte. Première et dernière fois !

Desidero segnalare un episodio accaduto oggi pomeriggio, verso le ore 18, presso il punto vendita NYX della stazione Roma Termini.
Nel tentativo di aprire il tester di un blush, mi è scivolato di mano e si è rotto. Mi sono subito girata verso la commessa per scusarmi, ma prima ancora che potessi spiegare l’accaduto, mi ha risposto con tono freddo e perentorio: «No scusa cara, quello me lo devi pagare».
Ho precisato che si trattava di un tester, ma mi è stato risposto che “è uguale”, poiché il prodotto, in caso contrario, sarebbe stato considerato come mancante o rubato e l’importo le sarebbe stato trattenuto dallo stipendio.
Naturalmente ho pagato il prodotto, ma sono rimasta molto sorpresa dall’atteggiamento della commessa: non ho percepito un minimo di empatia o disponibilità. L’episodio mi ha messa a disagio — anche perché lavoro anch’io a contatto con il pubblico e credo che cortesia e comprensione siano sempre fondamentali, anche in situazioni spiacevoli.
Vorrei inoltre segnalare che nel negozio non è esposta alcuna informazione riguardo un eventuale obbligo di pagamento in caso di rottura accidentale dei tester.
NYX è un marchio importante, e sinceramente non pensavo adottasse una policy di questo tipo. Ritenevo che i tester, essendo messi a disposizione proprio per la prova dei prodotti, potessero andare incontro anche a incidenti involontari, senza conseguenze per il cliente. Dopo questa esperienza, però, farò certamente più attenzione e, sicuramente, eviterò di toccare i tester in futuro,soprattutto quelli di Nyx.

Je suis toujours satisfaite de faire des achats chez nyx , je chercher un rouge à lèvre nude et un crayon . Je remercie la vendeuse et Maquilleuse Kenza du centre commercial, Italie 2 qui m’a trouvé le combo lèvres parfait par rapport à ma carnation , elle est très professionnel et agréable .

J’ai été au NYX de val d’Europe et la conseillère Inès m’a trop bien conseillé ! Merci beaucoup !

Ich durfte die Produkte dank TRND testen und muss sagen: Ich bin richtig zufrieden!

Ich habe zwei Lippenöle bekommen – einmal durchsichtig und einmal in einem schönen Beerenton. Beide riechen super angenehm, fühlen sich toll auf den Lippen an und halten wirklich lange, ohne zu kleben. Genau mein Ding!

Der Setting Spray hält super, mein Make-up bleibt den ganzen Tag über frisch. Der Face Glue funktioniert auch richtig gut – nichts verrutscht.

Was mir besonders gut gefallen hat, ist der Eyeliner – der lässt sich mega leicht auftragen, ist schön intensiv und hält echt top. Kein Verwischen, kein Nachziehen.

Alles in allem bin ich echt happy mit den Produkten. NYX hat mit der Paris Hilton Collection echt was Schönes rausgebracht. Kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen! 💖

Nyx buttemelt bronzer crumbled very easily and so does the blusher, therefore you end up wasting it because it goes everywhere. I did purchase twice to give it another chance incase it was a faulty batch,but would not waste my money again as yet again same result. I leave all my make-up in my case at home as I cannot redo in work, I would somewhat understand if it had been in my bag, my boots bronzer has never done that even when I put in my case for holidays. I reported to Nyx via email I did not request a replacement but to
make them aware as I cannot be the first this has happened too Nyx were not interested, they should listen to what their clients experiences with their products are like whether good or bad.

Le commesse di Merlata Bloom non sanno cosa vendono. Sapevo più io di loro, che ero stata qualche mese fa al centro di Arese, dove al contrario, avevo trovato professionalità e competenza.

I've never purchased NYX cosmetics before and I never will again based on the fact that the micro brow pencil does not do what they said on their packaging that it would do. The packaging stated brake resistant, smudge resistant, waterproof, all day wear. It not only smudged but it actually wiped off! Very disappointed in the product that cost over $13. I won't be trying anymore of their product

Buonasera,mi sono recata al negozio di Catania mi trovavo lì di paesaggio sono in gravidanza, la commessa gentile mi ha truccato per fare delle prove ,ho acquistato i loro prodotti spacciati per innocui alla salute,con 80% degli ingredienti di origine vegana ,tornata a casa dopo esseremi struccata ho notato che presentavo degli arrossamenti,ho fatto le mie verifiche sui prodotti acquistati contengono sotanze dannose per la salute e per l ambiente come otocrilene, la cera microcristallina quest ultima vietata in Europa e tantissime altre schifezze derivate dal petrolio,sostanze cancerogene che nei test sui ratti hanno portato anche a problemi dell apparati riproduttivo ,il loro numero verde non funziona ,non rispondo all email , ho provato a fare il reso recandomi al negozio di siracusa ma mi hanno risposto che è possibile solo dove ho effettuate l acquisto , per me recarmi a Catania non è stato possibile . E comunque il reso l avrebbero fatto solo acquistando altri loro prodotti. Io sono rimasta con ho la busta con i prodotti sigillati ho speso piu di 100 euro e ora devo buttarla ....per favore non mettetevi le loro schifezze sulla pelle.....sono dei disonesti che nemmeno si degnano di rispondere.

Volevo lasciare una recensione per la commessa (credo si chiami Beatrice con occhi azzurri) che ho incontrato al centro commerciale Le Vele di Quartucciu. Era di turno verso le 16:30 17 di oggi. È stata davvero professionale, gentile e disponibile. Ha saputo propormi diverse soluzioni in modo attento e mai insistente, il tutto con un sorriso sincero e una dolcezza che fanno davvero la differenza. Un servizio così è raro da trovare: complimenti
