NYX Cosmetics Arvostelua 

I bought a foundation of theirs from Walmart that was too light for me and they don’t sell the item on their website anymore. Frustrating.
Also the virtual try on doesn’t work in their website.
I have bought good products from them so I might try again.

He comprado muchísimos productos de la marca, nunca más. Un labial se puso malo en menos de 4 meses, separación de colores, grumos y demás. Escribí a atención al cliente y primero dijeron que no se veía nada en las fotos para luego pasar a ignorarme deliberadamente sin proponer una solución ni recoger el labial a ver que le ocurre. Han perdido un cliente

L’accueil et les produits sont toujours top chez nyx euralille, je ressors avec mon buttermelt blush violet et mon anti cernes conseillés par Julie et Samantha, très gentilles et agréables! Très bonne expérience, je recommande 🫶🏻

Je commande 5 produits, je n’en reçois que 4 sur les 5.
J appelle le service client impossible de les avoir, j envoie des mails, pas de retour!
On appelle cela du vol!
Je trouve cela inadmissible, en 2025 ce genre de chose ne devrait même plus exister.
Je ne recommanderai plus chez eux et je compte bien faire savoir sur les réseaux qu’ils ne sont pas bons du tout.

Worst experience. They are doing scam during sales not sending complete order. Not willing to resolve my issue not refunding or reshipment my missing items.

Sono entrata nello store del centro commerciale Globo di Busnago, e mi ha servita una commessa di nome Luana. È stata davvero molto gentile, disponibile, competente e paziente. Mi ha assistita in modo molto professionale nella scelta dei cosmetici giusti per le mie esigenze e mi ha anche spiegato come applicarli. Si capisce subito che conosce molto bene le caratteristiche e la qualità dei prodotti che vende. Insomma ottima commessa e ottimi prodotti: entrambi consigliati.

Quality is garbage nowadays. I bought a new epic ink liner and it was dry. Wasn't able to draw with the eyeliner even once. I thought I just had a bad luck and bought another one. What a surprise, another dry one. I tried to contact their customer service, but they completely ignored me.
I used to love this eyeliner, but now it's unusable! I don't recommend this brand to anyone anymore!

I loooove their matte lipsticks, I found them the best for me, I like the colors and they last so long. I’ve been using them for many years now.

I didn’t like their makeup photo finish primer though, it doesn’t absorb very well on my skin, though it gives a nice blurry look to it. I may try to use it instead of foundation.

nyx sede Porta di Roma. Sono entrata per prendere una matita sono stata trattata il maniera menefreghista e insensibile, mi è stata messa pressione per comprare i prodotti e ho ricevuto costanti occhiatacce dal personale. non tornerò piu è stato molto brutto. sconsiglio!

Som sådan et ok produkt ift. brug og farve men efter brug et par uger blev mine øjne mere og mere tørre. Ingen olie-øjendråber hjalp, det gjorde det til gengæld at stoppe med produktet.
Produktet er 'sjovt nok' Made in China.... det kan man så tænke over en anden gang.

Wasted Money!! Not impressed at all. I purchased a brow pencil online in expresso. I've had one in the colour expresso before but thought i would try the mirco version only to find out they are different colours. NYX customer service are not helpful or apologetic! This is so misleading to customers yet they just blame the (regular pro artist) customer for not studying the colour swatches! How easy would it be to just choose a different name for a different shade! Come on NYX! Wasted money on a brand new product i cannot use!

I’ve been using the lash serum for a while now and the results are amazing. I had to contact customer service recently and spoke to Krissy who went above and beyond. I’ll be definitely trying other products now as really appreciate good customer support. Thank you ☺️

Le site n’est pas mis à jour, il n’y a pas d’option de remboursement dans ma commande, il est impossible de le retourner du tout, je veux le retourner car certains produits sont périmés, et la plupart des produits promotionnels seront des produits périmés 2 ans

Je passe commande sur le site, les produits sont en stock, je choisis la livraison, je paye : mail quelques heures plus tard pour me dire que ma commande est annulée pour des prétendus problèmes techniques.
Le lendemain, je recommence : même scénario !
