NYX Cosmetics Arvostelua 

Entro nel negozio nyx a termini, scelgo due prodotti e vado in cassa lì mi viene proposto un 3x2, gentilmente rispondo che non sono interessata, mentre ero in cassa in attesa di pagare, la commessa mi ripete più di 4 volte,la stessa cosa, rafforzando la tesi anche da una collega, alche lascio i prodotti e esco dal negozio. Trovo irrispettoso l’insistenza e purtroppo è già la seconda volta nello stesso shop. Non tornerò più!

NYX has pictures of products not the products themselves. That is an unbelievable way to choose a certain color of lipstick. It looks like to have to take the pictures.to the only person working, and choose the color. We walked out. NYX will probably go out of business because I would think the store associates can't be bothered with having to leave their station and find your product. NYX doesn't trust their customers, who are now few and far between.

Ieri sono stata in un negozio Nyx (erano settimane che mia figlia adolescente chiedeva di andarci per acquistare dei prodotti, così abbiamo organizzato una piccola “gita fuori porta”) ed è stata un'esperienza a dir poco sgradevole e deludente.
Mentre mi trovavo all'interno del punto vendita, un blush in polvere mi è accidentalmente scivolato di mano rompendosi sul pavimento: un piccolo incidente fortuito che può capitare a chiunque maneggi della merce esposta.
Proprio nel momento in cui il prodotto è caduto a terra facendo rumore, il commesso ha reagito in modo del tutto inopportuno, urlando a mia figlia: "Eh no signorina! Non devi rimettere il prodotto al suo posto, devo controllare che non sia rotto!" La ragazza è rimasta turbata dal tono alto e aggressivo utilizzato nei suoi confronti. Subito dopo, il dipendente ha rivolto a me una forte polemica pubblica, trattandoci con evidente maleducazione, avanzando insinuazioni sulla mia correttezza e pretendendo che pagassi l'articolo danneggiato.
Mi sono rifiutata, ricordandogli che la rottura accidentale di un prodotto esposto rientra nel normale rischio d'impresa (esattamente come può accadere in un ristorante se cade un bicchiere o un piatto) e non può essere addebitata al cliente in assenza di dolo o colpa grave.
Nonostante la situazione spiacevole, ho comunque completato i miei acquisti comprando altri articoli per un valore di circa 50€. La cosa assurda è che, mentre uscivamo dal negozio, lo stesso commesso si è sentito in dovere di urlarci dietro: "Io sono pugliese e quando rompo, dalle mie parti, pago!".
Un livello di cafoneria, aggressività e mancanza di professionalità inaccettabile per un marchio di questa importanza. Gestire il pubblico richiede educazione e rispetto, doti che evidentemente in questo punto vendita sono del tutto assenti.

Nyx carugate (MI). In primis la commessa mi dice che se acquisto 4 prodotti, il 4’ è regalato. Una volta preso, mi dice che mi scontano 10€, quindi non è regalato ma c’è uno sconto. C’è una bella differenza.
Comunque glisso sulla cosa anche se mi sono giratee scatole per la scorrettezza.
Prendo quindi, oltre a 2 prodotti, un mascara volumizzante e una pennina per sopracciglia.
Arrivo a casa e la pennina sopracciglia non scrive come quella che mi avevano fatto vedere in negozio (i tratti sottili sono invisibili e quindi bisogna farli piu spessi, che non era assolutamente quello che volevo). In più il mascara era completamente secco. Sembrava di passare sulle ciglia della carta vetrata.
Torno quindi allo stand e mi dicono che non possono cambiare i prodotti aperti e oltretutto secondo loro i prodotti sono perfettamente ‘funzionanti’ e bisognava solo farli ‘scaldare’/far scendere il prodotto.
ASSURDO. Come si fa a provare e verificare i prodotti senza aprirli????
E come si fa a dire che i prodotti sono in ottime condizioni quando il mascara era rinsecchito??
Marca pessima, prodotti scadenti e servizio altrettanto pessimo. MAI PIU!!!

Jasmine m’a complètement aidé à trouver un make up adapté à ma carnation de peaux ! Je recommande vivement ce magasin, et surtout cette conseillère au top !

Oggi 19 agosto alle ore 12.55. Commesse pessime e sgarbate anche la responsabile. Nel centro commerciale Conad di Olbia ho comprato un Primer che ho chiesto fosse bianco e la commessa me lo ha dato nero, a casa l ho aperto e anche se senza scatola che ormai non avevo più ma con lo scontrino ho chiesto di cambiarlo e mi hanno detto di no. Peccato che l errore fosse stato della loro commessa, ma non gliene è fregato nulla. Cortesia verso il cliente nulla, non comprerò mai più in uno dei loro negozi.

Fass di Elmas! La responsabile non ha voluto cambiarmi il colore della matita perché non avevo lo scontrino tra l’altro dimenticato sulla cassa al momento del pagamento. Una grande maleducata . Ho acquistato alle 16 e alle 19 non me l’ha cambiato ancora imballato. Mai più un euro prenderete da me

Der Smushy SOS Slip Balm ist wirklich hervorragend. Direkt nach dem Auftragen haben sich meine Lippen sehr geschmeidig und gepflegt angefühlt, dazu kommt noch ein glossy finish und dass er nicht klebrig ist sondern sehr natürlich. Ich bin echt begeistert, und der Geruch spricht wirklich für sich

Déçu qu’ils arrêtent le fond de teint can’t stop won’t stop sans explications. Ça fait des années que je l’utilisait, texture et teint parfait (bien qu’il avait supprimé des teinte peau noir) c’est déjà difficile de trouver des bons fond de teint pour les peau noir et il est super mattifiant. Je n’arrive pas à trouver de fond de teint égale à celui-ci! Déçu

Cela fait maintenant 2 ans que je passe commande sur le site internet de NYX car j'habite dans un milieu rural.
Il y a toujours eu des "hits" et "misses" dans mes commandes, mais je restais cliente fidèle (+ de 300€ d'achats en 2 ans).

J'ai malheureusement eu une mauvaise expérience lors de mes derniers achats la semaine dernière (commande FRNC638617).
J'ai acheté 2 palettes de fards crème SFX, palettes que je voulais tester depuis longtemps.
A peine reçu, déjà testé ! Puis je retourne les palettes pour lire que les fards ne doivent pas être appliqués sur les yeux ou lèvres ?!
Cette information n'est pas du tout donné sur le site !
Je me démaquille illico et sens mes yeux picoter après coup...heureusement cela s'arrête là car je me suis démaquillée rapidement !

Je lis et relis la page du produit et ne voit aucunement ces contre-indications !
Omettre des informations aussi importantes, je trouve cela très irresponsable sincèrement, heureusement que je n'ai pas fait de réactions plus grave.

Et je me retrouve maintenant avec 2 palettes dont je ne sais pas quoi faire car je souhaitais uniquement les utiliser sur mes yeux et lèvres, je perds de l'argent, je suis vraiment dégoûtée...

L'une d'elle est encore sous scellée, je vais voir pour la renvoyer mais pour l'autre poubelle...

Il est possible que je n'achète plus sur leur site et peut-être plus chez eux, trop déçue !!

Totally a fraud. All of the pictures are what the authentic watches look like, however what you get will not be what the pictures show which is total false advertisement, and to make matters even worse, you can't return the items.

J’ai effectué un stage dans ce magasin NYX a o’parinor et mon expérience a été très difficile. Je ne me suis pas sentie respectée pendant toute la durée de mon stage. J’ai été confrontée à des propos insultants à plusieurs reprises, à des remarques agressives et à un comportement qui m’a profondément mise en difficulté. J’ai également eu le sentiment d’être constamment rabaissée.

Le plus difficile a été de constater que personne n’est intervenu face à cette situation. Je me suis sentie seule et sans soutien, alors que j’aurais attendu qu’un responsable réagisse.

J’ai également été témoin de comportements que j’ai trouvés irrespectueux envers certains collègues et certains clients, ainsi que de propos. J’ai aussi eu l’impression que les conseils apportés aux clients étaient souvent peu adaptés ou insuffisants.

Cette expérience m’a profondément marquée et ne correspond pas à ce que j’attendais d’un stage. J’espère que des mesures seront prises afin d’améliorer le respect, l’accompagnement des stagiaires et la qualité de l’accueil des clients.

Ich bin total begeistert vom Butter Blush Melt von NYX! Die Textur ist unglaublich cremig und lässt sich super einfach verblenden. Schon eine kleine Menge reicht aus, um den Wangen einen frischen, natürlichen Glow zu verleihen. Besonders gefällt mir, dass sich die Farbe problemlos aufbauen lässt, ohne fleckig zu wirken.

Der Blush hält bei mir den ganzen Tag und fühlt sich angenehm leicht auf der Haut an. Außerdem sorgt das dewy Finish für einen gesunden, strahlenden Look, ohne zu glänzend zu wirken. Auch die Verpackung ist praktisch und ideal für unterwegs.

Für mich definitiv ein neues Lieblingsprodukt, das ich gerne weiterempfehle!

I contacted them thru email twice no one time they reach out to me they had a sale a week prior and I was getting a error message from my address I really wanted to try couple of products but I was just not able to place my order then today I reach out again and Louie wasn’t even trying to help me ones I said I wasn’t interested anymore since more since they didn’t want my business all he said was thank u for understanding!!!!!! Understanding what u didn’t even try helping me not ones !! I will never buy from this company ever again !

Their eyeliners while good don't ever come off even with makeup remover. Have to dig out your own eye to get this stuff off and just leaves you with irritation and eyelash fatigue from aggressivly trying to get it off since if you try to wipe it off normally youre left with cheetah patterns basically on your eyelids. Happens every time with their liquid eyeliners and have never had this issue with others
